At first I was nervous about leaving my stuff here all summer while I gallivanted around Texas. To my surprise, the process was quick and easy. Customer Service was helpful and so was Brandy. I left some important things in my unit on accident and Brandy called me right away. I had filled an insurance claim and everything thinking it was all lost. I really appreciate the facility but I appreciate Brandie most. She was so helpful and she even called the day before my move in to make sure I didn’t have any questions! She is an asset to this location!
I would have given 5 stars but the unit I am in is in a building that has climate cooling as an amenity but it’s not yet fixed hopefully it will be fixed soon while I currently have the storage.

Really awesome storage, this is my 3rd time renting here. Brandy the manager is very helpful and friendly she goes above and beyond to try to get your needs met. Awesome experience it’s always clean they handle matters quickly. I will always come here for my storage needs.

This place is so awesome… Brandie was super helpful!! I loved the ability to rent online it was so easy! I needed to switch units (due to me moving too fast online) she was able to move me right across from the unit I already had, which made life SO MUCH EASIER to get my stuff moved!! She came with SOLUTIONS rather than excuses!! Thanks Brandie and PS!!!

Anytime I am visiting this location during regular business hours, there isn’t any one available!! The current person over this property clearly chooses their own hours, unable to reach them by phone which is highly inconvenient for paying customers.
