I have been fighting between customer service and lake Jackson location this morning to get my phone situation figured out and this man helped me in a matter of 20 minutes!! This man is absolutely amazing and actually LISTENS to the customer and does everything in his power to help! I absolutely have no other words except he is amazing!! Given I been fighting this issue since 7:30 this morning and it’s now 10:30 Thank you so much Oscar!!”
