“Oscar is literally the most amazing person ever!!! I have been fighting between customer service and lake Jackson location this morning to get my phone situation figured out and this man helped me in a matter of 20 minutes!! This man is absolutely amazing and actually LISTENS to the customer and does everything in his power to help! I absolutely have no other words except he is amazing!! Given I been fighting this issue since 7:30 this morning and it’s now 10:30 Thank you so much Oscar!!”
“I dont usually give reviews but I feel like it is unjust to do so based on the service that the staff here provided me. I typically dont feel comfortable going to phone stores because I hate the constant upsell that they push. However when I got here, I told them that I simply wanted internet and add my wife a line for phone service. Without any BS they just provide me what I needed and got me out in 15 minutes and not the usual hour wait. Thank you for good and honest business.”

“We switched t mobile to att and they initially screwed up the entire order when shipping the phones. Our T-Mobile lines were turned off prematurely and we stopped into this location. The woman who helped us on Jan 17th at around 10am got everything figured out all while helping out multiple customers. I can't say enough about her as we had multiple phones across multiple states. “Wow, here you can find the phone you are looking for. They didn't have it in stock but I ordered it and in less than half an hour the phone I ordered arrived. I had been looking for it and calling in several stores but they told me lies and finally I found it. I found out here that I speak more Spanish than English and the lady didn't worry. He treated me very kindly and very patiently and at the end of the purchase he ended up giving me a protector, the best store, people, they don't look for another store, this is the best.”

“Had a great experience getting my MacBook Pro fixed. Price was fair and fixed fast.. as soon as I picked it up I had a iPad repaired that my kids damaged and I tried to fix and messed it up even more. He was able to fix it as well. “I had a phenomenal experience at AT&T thanks to Bradley! From the moment my mom and I walked in, he was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our 99 questions lol and made sure we fully understood our options without feeling rushed or pressured.

He helped me get a new phone, the best deal and helped me transfer my info over seamlessly. He truly is an asset to your organization and you are lucky to have him.
