I brought an Xfinity box from them a year ago. The box stop working. I call them to see if I could get it replaced. I was waiting for them to debate the exchange but to my surprise , it was an easy exchange. I only rated 4 stars because the building had water leaking from the ceiling. ( Fix that)!!
