I have been an associate of this facility for years. The facility is very clean and well kept. The staff is friendly and reliable. In all my years dealing with them , I’ve never had an issue with security. Victory storage has been a good neighbor and a welcomed member of this neighborhood.

I’ve been a renter at victory storage since the COVID era (2020-2021). Management has been kind and courteous since day one. Mr. Woods helped me move some large items that were too heavy to carry. I didn’t even have to ask. I love how they always answer the phone when I call & if they miss a call, they call back within the hour or bright & early next business day. Great customer service & great attitudes!!!!

Best price around my area and great service. Everything was done effortlessly from when I signed up to when I ended it (I only needed it for a short period of time). If I’m ever in need of their services, I would not hesitate to rent from them again.

Price continues to increase for exactly the same service/product. Since this converted to Victory Storage (formerly known as Morris Storage), there has been two price increases in addition to forced insurance (to cover my own property) without any reason for the increase in price.They added an additional security cam and changed the access entry pad which you still need to exit your vehicle to use. Neither of these “upgrades” are anything other than the cost of doing business.The benefit for a storage unit without climate control, as another patron suggested, is to store junk. At the current elevated prices, this facility no longer makes sense as an additional convenience.I’ve maintained a unit for over 12 years but refuse to continue to suffer cost increases and forced insurance to benefit the landlord. No thanks.

Victory Self Storage on FM 521 in Fresno, Tx has the most, personable, helpful manager, Mel. He goes the extra mile to help. The grounds are cean & updated. I strongly recommend this facility. ~Dorothy
