If I could put 0 stars I would! Today 7/30/25 at around 12:50 am I was on face-time with my sister(who was with my cousin female, underage cousin male, and niece) they were going in for a late night snack and to look for candies I wanted since Im in Europe and cant find them over here. When the employee Maria Robinson heard us speaking in english she snuck on them and started to tell them in spanish “que dijeron? Las estoy escuchando! Que están haciendo!” And proceeded to call the cops on them. I explained to her they were just looking for snacks that I had wanted, she was extremely rude and accused them of vandalizing and trespassing. So my sister and them put their stuff back and preferred to go to circle K and not deal with that. The cops then went to get them at circle K even took my cousin out of the restroom to hand them no trespassing papers. It’s embarrassing and disgusting to have cops approach them like criminals when they did nothing wrong but speak english, and her not understanding. The police checked camera footage and saw that they did nothing wrong and still gave them trespassing papers just because the associate Maria Robinson said she didn’t want them there. I want this resolved IMMEDIATELY, and need to hear back from the GM, Corporate or anyone above ASAP and want charges removed. If this doesn’t get revolved ASAP I will go ahead and take this into my own hands and post it all over social media so no one bothers to go there when she is around. This is not the first time she had rude behavior and poor customer service as per the rest of the reviews on here.

Unless you absolutely have to stop as an emergency restroom stop or for a drink, NOT RECOMMENDED otherwise. Dirty. Unprofessional. They seemed bothered by your presence. Each stall had a pile of dirty used toilet paper.
Drink area is dirty, sticky, disorganized and no lid for any of the cups except for small ones. Restrooms are dirty and smelly. Boxes of supplies or merchandise everywhere. Music too loud. Register doesn't work properly, associate had to smack it a few times. Just gross.

Rude!!!! What a way to treat people from out of state. It’s beyond rude for a cashier to make fun of an Autistic customer just because I don’t speak Spanish. Well guess what, my husband does and he told me what she said. We drive 12 hours to visit the valley because my husband was born here. We make it a point to visit this specific location. NO MORE!! For an employee to bully a customer is BAD BUSINESS!!!!!

Absolutely worst stripes service by far. Especially in the Laredo staff, their food had a bunch of flies 😳 and the workers would see them and ignore it. Someone should call State Health Inspection!
PS. THEY WORK SLOWER THAN SNAILS!

No matter how many times I go they always get my order wrong..how hard is it to make a bacon and egg.. nothing extra.. no I don't want the up charge.. and even when you confirm what you want you still get the wrong thing.

One of the only gas station on this side of the highway heading toward Brownsville. Most gas stations are located on the other side of the highway going toward the island.

I cannot stand the entire Language barrier. I agree with the other lady about if people are going to work in America then learn how to speak it. I mean if I was going to move to Mexico I would learn spanish....duh. so there was that.. .and everything else was good.

I love this store the kitchen staff is very fast and friendly, also theres never line because the cashiers are so fast!!!! This is the best stripes ever!!❤️❤️
