Being a photographer myself, I naturally love al things soft and secluded, and having come here a few times for photoshoots and weddings has been phenomenal! From the spacious reception hall, to the fun bride & groom's suites, to the options for the ceremony space (like the indoors ceremony space is just so dreamy and truly classic); it just cannot get better than Heaven on Earth! The cleanliness and care that has put into this venue can be seen from a mile away; they really have put so much effort into creating a welcoming space overall and it shows! “My family and I had the pleasure of experiencing the amazing staff and service that are associated with the Manvel Mansion Event Center. A few weeks ago they hosted my family for the repass of my 96 year old grandfather, Robert H. Fleming Jr.
My mother (who did most of the planning and communicating with the staff) has stated on more than one occasion how patient and accommodating everyone that she came in contact was. She was always met with a kind and inviting voice on the other end of the phone no matter how many times she called and or texted, to ask questions.
I can even attest to the patience and kindness that I received the day of the repass. When the event was over one of the staff members heard me make mention that I was always looking foe event space and had no idea that the Mansion Event Center existed, in that moment she immediately stopped the breakdown process and offered me a tour of the whole space. She took her time to guide my husband, myself and my three children through the building to showcase all that they had to offer. You can tell that the building was clean and very well taken care of, and I never felt rushed, even though I'm almost positive that there was another event coming in after ours.
Thank you, Manvel Mansion Event Center, for your impeccable service to my family, during such a taxing time for us all. We will definitely be back!

“My husband and I had our wedding at My Favorite Events Too on May 24, 2025, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish.
The team was incredibly professional and easy to work with. The decor was beautiful, and they connected us with great vendors who really made the day special. Everything was organized, clear, and stress-free.
One suggestion: if they plan to host more weddings, adding a designated dressing area would be a wonderful addition.
That said, I would absolutely recommend them. Their pricing is very reasonable, and they’re upfront about what’s included and what they expect from you when using the venue. Above all, they were honest, responsive, and professional the entire way through.
If you're looking for a beautiful, well-run venue with a trustworthy team behind it, My Favorite Events Too is an excellent choice.”
“RaTasha was amazing, and patient!! Dare ll Decor was a 1 stop shop! They provide the venue, the decorations, the bartender, the food, the 360 Photo Booth, the officer, and many many other options! You can also bring in outside items, however they make the process as stress free as possible!!
The size of the space is great, and there are so many options for setup we will definitely be using them again and again!!”

“It was a Wonderful Day. A Beautiful Place to enjoy a Day with Family and Children. My Granddaughter visited with a Pony and Goat. She slid down a Hay Hill and climbed the big hay bales. We took a Hay Ride, found our tree and cut it down. We rode the Hay Ride back with our Tree and they tied it up for us while we Roasted Marshmallows and made Smores at the Fire Pit. We drank Hot Chocolate, Hot Apple Cider and relaxed at a Picnic Table while our Granddaughter Played some more. We were enjoying ourselves so much we did not want to go home. The people were so Friendly and Helpful. You are really missing something if you don't make this an Annual Christmas Tradition for your Family. We will definitely be getting our Tree this way every year from now on.”

“This place is spacious. It was clean. There is a small kitchen surrounded by a bar where you can place food or any items. It even has a small stage inside and restrooms so you don't have to leave out of the area.”

I hope everyone tries their dance classes so that can learn something. I picked up cha-cha-cha and was starting to learn salsa put my partner unfortunately couldn’t make it anymore”

“500 level is a decent alternative in the nose bleed category. We used a local ticket broker called Simple Seats and got 3 tickets for under $400 the day of, paid $60 for parking with tailgate access. The Arizona Cardinals were in town so it wasn't a big draw and we hoped the prices would be lower. The Astrodome is nearby and the ramp walk up to the 500 level is your cardio. You can smoke at the top or off the sides as well. Home fans don't bother you if you don't bother them.”

“I enjoyed my stay. Love the new management Francy is the new general manager The team are friendly and accommodating. The rooms are cleaned and the whole hotel.”
“Overall the high marks are due to the check in staff lady. She (African-American) was very kind and helpful. She was indeed the Pearland Candlewood ambassador.
The room was near the Airconditioning equipment and I had to turn Tv on to sleep.
the biggest Turn off is the room condition:
1. The pillows had a foul odor and I had to rotate to locate the least offensive one.
2. The light fixtures were stained. I had to purchase alcohol to disinfect him and counters and tv remote. The door was soiled and I use alcohol on them as well.
3. See the bedroom for my comments below under the room caption.
I paid a premium for the room was very uncomfortable staying in soiled condition.
I took images and shared with the check out staff. The front staff did not apologized when I emailed to her.
I will return but will request a different room and inspect to ensure it is clean the next time.

“The place is ok, but they do have some stairs and kind of second floor in the main hall with rails and is not safe for the kids. I saw how kids were going up and down the stairs with no supervision, and easily one of them could fit between the rails too dangerous. ?”
