I'm an Uber delivery driver, this morning I got sent to this Walgreens where a woman violently parked right next to me almost hitting me and mind you the whole parking lot was EMPTY this woman then proceeded to yell at me telling me to move cussing at me then gets out of her car hits my car with hers and tries to convince me to get out of the car and fight her for no reason at all while I'm on a job. This review isn't for the customers this is for the store. If I don't get that woman's info and security footage of this incident I will sue not only her but the store as well.

I went to this location because it is close to my house. I clipped some coupons to use on my purchases. When I went to the cash register and one of my coupons would not work. The product wasn’t included in any exclusions. It met the description, but the coupon would not work. Jen, the associate came up with all types of possible reasons as to why it would not work. Each reason made no logical sense. Jen would not honor my coupon and I did not purchase any of the products. At the end of the day, I do not support any businesses that don’t support me. On to the next. It’s their bottom line that is hurt. I can spend and purchase elsewhere.

Out of all the Walgreens locations, this is by far my favorite one to go to. I don't live quite close to it anymore but I still maintain this one as my go to pharmacy.

Just showed up around 10pm to the store on Thursday and the store was closed. The sign at the door and online for operating hours says Monday thru Friday the store is open till 11pm. Apparently the staff makes thier own hours and refuse to open till operating hours . It's so inconvenient and unprofessional

The staff at this Walgreens are great. Always providing great customer service-especially the morning crew. Ms. Felicia is also always really kind and helpful as well to customers.

Do not use the FedEx facility operated by Walgreens staff. The staff, especially the shift manager, are unhelpful and seem unwilling to assist. They claim to have a weight limit policy, yet there’s no scale to measure packages. They refuse to accept larger boxes, even when they’re not heavy, citing space issues but offering other excuses instead.
Avoid using this location to save your valuable time and avoid dealing with the uncooperative manager and staff.

This walgreens is back to being sloooooow again alone with drive through pharmacy personnel being too unconcerned, lacking mature phone presence, patients and you name it. It's a shame to feel this when your visiting a place that shouldn't have this type of vibe. You are mainly dealing with people that don't feel well, sick, old and technically challenged. Plus they always changing staff, head pharmacist and pharmacy techs. By time you get acquainted with one crew... then it's on to the next crew.
Today there was a young guy answered the phone and I had to ask him to speak up too many time to get through the call.
I was ridiculously insane.

Refused to sell us alcohol for a DOORDASH order because 2/3 people did not have their ID . I understand you are doing ur job but SO WERE WE! We were not even consuming and just because you “didn’t feel like explaining to your bosses the next morning” you refused and put MY job into a predicament is so petty! Very laughable that I was denied the use of my US military ID for age verification and identification. Was told that I needed a Texas ID but all I had on me was my CAC which is a valid ID card. How can u board a plane with an ID but can’t use it at Walgreens?

This Walgreens has really hone down in the past years! You have yo wait in line for 30 to 40 minutes sometimes an hour before uou get up to window to be waited on. I know they have to make sure the customer gets the right medication but there should be away they have already double checked with the pharmacist before you get to window. The manager over thos pharmacist is not doing a very good job at all. Something needs to be done immediately to correct this problem! Thank you! Mrs Jones

I love Walgreens and even though they are a little higher than Walmart I am forever faithful. BUT this walgreens is a nightmare. The staff is rude, uninformed, and slow. I literally explained why I called for her to put me on hold and come back and repeat what I had already told her. All I wanted to do was update my insurance information.
