I would not recommend shipping products from here. I have had two shipments arrive damaged and one package not arrive to its destination. The UPS store is not too far from this location and should be used instead.

In a world where chivalry is dying and customer care has fallen by the wayside, there is a wonderful woman by the name of Brenda. Brenda answers the phone and speaks to you like a valued, potential, customer. Brenda welcomes you into the store with joy in her eyes and makes you feel like you are the highest priority in the moment. I don’t care if other shipping options are cheaper. They do not make me feel like they value my needs and by doing so, do not earn my trust. Brenda is a master class in customer service. Also, this place is a boutique with many equestrian options for the lovely lady in your life. Step it up, Friendswood. Brenda is the current MVP of business operations. Southern hospitality may not be dead, after all.
