BEWARE- they quoted one price and charged another. I continued to reach out to get a refund that I was clearly owed and they stopped responding. In fact they stopped answering my calls. I’ve lived over 15 times- even cross country moves and they did a lackluster job at best. There are many many moving companies here in Texas and in my area- I would recommend absolutely ANYONE else.
They charged me for time they didn’t provide. It’s a horrible way of doing business. Sad thing is- had they been fair with me, I have two more moves coming up. They would’ve made more money by keeping me as a customer. Honesty pays. Dishonest behavior never gets you anywhere.

The crew with Ever Moving Truck did a fantastic job!! The guys went above and beyond and I would highly recommend them. Also, the office was excellent scheduling and keeping us informed.

Unfortunately this crew failed to deliver our moving experience “safely, quickly, and affordably.” Firstly we asked for a moving time as early as possible- the movers didn’t show up til after 10AM. Secondly, my husband communicated to the crew multiple times that furniture and appliances that were accessible should be moved first and the fridge needed to be moved in the first trip because food was on ice waiting. They instead emptied the garage of non priority items and furniture and appliances didn’t arrive til after 4PM that day. Around 2PM the crew said they needed to get gas and would meet us at the house. They didn’t arrive til an hour later. I called the office during that time to inquire about the crew and still no one has called me back. They claim they were eating lunch. We were never told there would be a lunch break as we were waiting for them that whole time. Then when it was time for payment the crew said that paid lunch time was included. Again we were never told about this. Because they were so behind, my husband and I moved all the backyard furniture and equipment ourselves. Our bed frame was broken in the move by the crew and we are still sleeping on just a mattress. Overall the move took 3x longer than the estimate and was not worth the value provided.

I used Ever moving back in 2021 and the experience was fantastic! When I went to sue the magain, I Called, left Voicemails, emailed, NOTHING!!! Are they even still open????

The moving company is pathetic they took 7 hours to move a 2 bedroom apartment stuff and damage my furniture and told me “ now you are making stuff up” the and when I confronted them “they told me you are not paying your husband is paying so you should not talk”
They send 2 1/2 guy after telling us they are gonna send 3 guys and 2 off them took 1/2 hr break on job and we’re talking on phone they deliberately slow down working after one hour to prolong the move and after asking to move fast they guy said to not rush us.
The person who is sending the invoice are slow as well they took half hour to forty five minute to just send an invoice.
Would never recommend them and will advise to stay clear of them as much as possible if you liver your stuff and money.
