Nikki assisted me with the issue I was having. I drove from Beaumont and had an appointment. I was frustrated that no one locally could help, but it was worth the drive. I’m not sure of service for those that walk in - but I was seen quickly, on time, and with respect.

Said he couldn’t help me even though I had Apple care. Had to go to geek squad to be taken care of properly.

I came in 03/24/24 to buy iPhone 15 promax as a gift for my family. The lady who helped me first is really rude and unprofessional and should not work in any apple store. I did not recall her name, but according her dress code. She is a tall Muslim lady (cover her hair). She bought a phone to me but the box is damaged and not look bad for the gift. She did not ask me to inspect at all and ask me to pay. After paid, I recognize the damage and ask her to replace. She run through the back, brought the new one but she said I CANT GET THE NEW ONE BECAUSE I paid for the damaged one (I did not even leave store at all and still in the middle of the transaction). When I asked to refund and bought the new one then, she said and acted with attitudes:” Oh godssssss”Her manager jumped to help me and let me go with the new box; however, when I checked, he still gave me the wrong receipt. The receipt that I got and the product is not match in IMEI and serial number at all.I tried to call the store number but they said the store is closedThis is the a good store that I stoped by many times but I may think again after this because this store may going down to shutdown because people like her in near future. She acts really racist, and ask me to speak louder even everyone can hear my voice normally. I don't talk much it does not mean I don't understand English ???

I've never gone to an Apple Store and had to stand around for 15+ plus mins while 5+ employees just talk to each other in the corner. When asked for help they seemed disinterested and told us to wait by the watch table and someone would be with us shortly. Again, no one came and we kept asking different people for help until finally someone (who told us the watches table was not their station) finally helped us. One employee that was supposed to be stationed at the watch table said their break started in 20 mins so they weren't going to help. The kicker is, we knew what we wanted already, literally just need to make a transaction which took all of five mins.

My first experience here at this location was on March 1, 2024. I don't normally go to Baybrook from Baytown, although this is the only retail distributor locally for Apple products.I needed a charging cable and saw their shortest was approximately 3 feet, although my preference would be at least four feet long for a perfect length. Their USB to 'lightning' 3.3ft connector as they branded it, is overpriced at $19.00, but until the universal connector of type C is standardized universally, and soon next year, this is Apple's way of nickel and diming the consumer, that is if you must own one of their smart devices. In my case, I have been attached to the iPad ever since I was gifted my first iPad Air computer when they were first launched. The best way to approach this location is to park near the mall entrance, between JC Penny's and Macy's department stores. You'll see the two flag staff poles outside the mall entrance.

This is the worst customer service experience that I’ve ever had. Waiting for more than an hour to be helped with an online appointment. I got “checked in” by one person who told us to wait at a table. Then another employee came and asked us to move to another table. After an hour, yet a different employee asked about name, when I told her, she said she couldn’t find my name, I showed her the barcode of the appointment and she scanned it and put in some information. I thought she was ready to help us. But after she was done, she said “ok now you’re checked in and just left”. I can’t believe that these are the Apple standards.
