Sincere, William, and Alex are all amazing! They made my transition from Verizon over to AT&T extremely enjoyable. And even when issues got too difficult to figure out on Firstnet verification William pointed me to the right person who handled it perfectly! Thank y’all!

We came in to switch from T-Mobile to AT&T. The store rep (Sincere) was very knowledgeable and helpful and thorough. We ended up getting 3 new phones and 1 new line. Excellent visit!

I had a great experience here. The customer service was great when going in. My sales representative was informative and was able to answer some of my more difficult questions. Would recommend coming here. They will take care of your. The only real problem I had was the wait time before and during the process of making my purchases.

AT&T outsources all information on you. After being a customer for 20 yrs, I came in to activate a new phone purchased at Apple. They have you call a third party that barely speaks English to ask minutia details from ten yrs ago in your life. Nope. You failed. Can't help you. See ya. Do yourself a huge favor and get service with Mint.
