AT&T outsources all information on you. After being a customer for 20 yrs, I came in to activate a new phone purchased at Apple. They have you call a third party that barely speaks English to ask minutia details from ten yrs ago in your life. Nope. You failed. Can't help you. See ya. Do yourself a huge favor and get service with Mint.

I was very impressed with the store! It was neatly organized. I was even more impressed with the staff, especially the manager Will. He made our visit a pleasure, assisting throughout the time we were there.

Recently moved from midwest. Att network in houston area is horrible. Call drops frequently and internet is superslow. Sometimes can't even receive a call. Feel stuck with 3 year contract with them now. Stay away..

Understaffed and poorly managed. Only one of the 2 employees had the passcodes for the tablet they use to help customers. The tablet was not charged and kept dying. The one employee was content to let the other one with the passcodes do all the customer service while he did everything except clean the dirty display phones. Nasty screens on every display. It looked like it had been days since they were cleaned. I did mention they maybe should clean up, but I was not taken seriously at all. I ended up giving my business to T-Mobile.

I upgraded my phone, and the personell were nice. Unfortunately they didn’t have anything in stock so the phone had to be shipped to me and I had to come back to the store for setup.

There should be an option to give zero star. I was told by the corporate store in Fairmont to come to Apple in the mall. When I came I decided to go into AT&T instead. Came in told them the issue that I was having which was the microphone on the iPhone 15 was not working and said is it okay if I check I said sure. He told the other tech that he was going to call from my phone to his and the other tech was able to hear that tech that took my phone and when my mom tried it was working for her also so when we asked what could have caused the issue he said the iPhone 15 had been having trouble and probably something with the software or probably low signal even tho I was connected to WiFi both times that someone was trying to call me and couldn’t hear me. When we asked if he could check the account he said no because I wasn’t under as an authorized user even though I did through the app. Contacted customer service and did the process and was told by the tech that it can 10 minutes to an hour. We came back in thirty minutes no luck and come back an hour no luck also came back after twenty minutes and he said still no. What as waste of time

10/10 do not recommend AT&T we switched to them for three days. The service everywhere we went was terrible. We get a $185 bill for three days of service!
