RUDE wait staff. Lady with the blonde hair and neck tattoo made an extremely inappropriate comment about me speaking for my party members. Said "wow, look at you. Just speaking for everyone at the table" while giving me a rude look. None of her business, my entire party was shocked by this. Food was mediocre at best, pasta was plain, WAY too expensive. It's also just really ugly in there, nothing positive to say about this place, save your money.

The food here was good and so was the service. The entertainment was interesting. We had a nice time.

My cousin & I had lunch today, Feb. 25th, at Birraporetti's in Friendswood for the first time. On Sundays, they have a deliciously outstanding large buffet from 10:30 am-3:00 pm for $2 that is not listed on their web site. On the buffet, many Italian entrees, vegetables, pastas, pizza, ceasar & greek salads, breads, scramble eggs with vegetables, all fixings for omelets, waffels, fresh fruits, desserts including cannolis, coffee, teas, soft drinks...and you can have as many of the beverages you may want in all groups at no extra charge. To say you get your money's worth is an understatement!!!! Service & staff friendly & obliging in all aspects. The restaurant itself is very nice inside, comfortable, spacious & very clean. Definitely will be returning & definitely will tell other people to go there as well.

If you are looking for a "tasty" dish, you must try the Pollo Poretti with pesto sauce. You don't find "tasty" often, but you will here! Great service too!

My grandmother loves this place. every other Tuesday, she's there to watch Vince King. She's his little groupie. ?? When she has me tag along with her the food has always been great, the service is always on point. Definitely recommend for a nice little night out.

Everything was top-notch, but it is a little too expensive for me to enjoy often.

Food was delicious, and our waitress Rhonda was awesome. She is very knowledgeable about the menu. She also told us that they have a buffet every Sunday 1030 to 3pm. $22 a person! They have live music for the party crowd on Saturdays! -The calamari was lightly breaded and fresh.. I had the Marco Polo, it was sweet and spicy with linguini pasta. Masterfully done. Definitely recommend. 5 mustaches come and see Rhonda ...

We for Sunday brunch buffet. Food was really good and they had enough choices. They weren't too busy and we were seated right away. Service was good and the atmosphere is really nice. Music was a little different, I would have expected Italian music but they were playing music from the 70's and 80's which was really nice. It was a little pricey, 22.95 a person, however it did include a drink and dessert. The only suggestion I would give is they need to label the food so you know what you are getting. All in all it was a great experience and we will return.

Visited for late night dinner and had their large meat lovers pizza. Subbed out chicken for more Italian sausage and added fresh basil! Delicious crust and ingredients were fresh! Looking forward to trying out their Sunday brunch sometime! Cierra was our waitress and she was very informative and had a great disposition! Overall great late night experience!

Huge Thank You for being open on Christmas. My family and I had one of our best Christmas dinners. I usually cook most of the holiday meals, but this year I have to be up super early to go to work as a nurse in the morning. I have also worked many holidays and know how special it is to work happy for whom ever you are serving. Thank you again.

Too loud to enjoy conversations. I expected better of the food. The staff was very stressed. I wish we had gone somewhere else.

We were in Friendswood for a soccer tournament and stopped at Birra Poretti’s to escape the rain and are so thankful we did! Alaina, our server, was an absolute delight. She was friendly, kind, attentive, had phenomenal recommendations, and truly went above and beyond. There was a large party; however, our food still came out in a timely manner and was well received by our entire party. My son said this was the best dinner ever! We are so happy to have found this gem and will be back to visit.

Only Brunch served on Sunday, bit disappointed, had I known I would have picked a different day.Food and was ok, standard brunch fare, but everything with a sauce was watery.Used to go to Birra Porettis in River Oaks decades ago, this was not up to parr. The only redeemer of the visit was our server, Elena.

Been here many times. The food is ok, not great. The service is the absolute worst. Consistently. Every time. The "host" clearly is related to someone. She is rude, has zero people skills, unwelcoming, unprofessionally dressed, and I'm not sure she knows what a smile is. Positive she didn't get the job because of her stellar personality. Our most recent visit is our last. Had a reservation, were seated quickly and then promptly ignored for well over 20 min. When we were finally noticed we ordered everything at once and then waited more. Got the appetizer and salads and then ignored more. The booth in front of us came in as we were waiting for our entrees, were seated, immediately attended to, AND got their food while we still waited- and ultimately gave up. We were there over an hour. The bartender who waited on us didn't care, the manager didn't care, and the horrible "host" didn't care. No apologies at all. As my husband paid I watched the bartender take our probably cold food out of the window and dispose of it. Upon leaving and complaining to the "host", we were informed we were at a bar booth. A long line of booths and the very last one is a bar booth? Who would know that? We didn't request it. Plus the bar area, far removed from us, was packed. It also doesn't excuse horrible service. This place has no idea what proper customer care is. I have been a general manager in the food service industry for over 30 years. I fully understand the ins and outs of this industry. I work to keep my husband patient and to be understanding when restaurants are in the weeds, but when it is this bad I draw the line. For them to be mad at us because they can't handle their business is ludicrous. Absolute worst customer experience ever. No apologies. We were treated like it was our fault. My advice? Steer clear. Not worth the time, money or effort. You can get the same level of service (probably better) at a fast food drive thru. As for the "host", if she is being paid, she needs to be replaced. She is the first and last impression of your business. Trust me, that's not the impression you want your guests leaving with.

Josh is great. Makes really awesome martinis and is patient with my crazy requests when it comes to ordering my food. We love going on half off wine night.
