Took my 2 year old in for her first time and get her a special birthday bear. The lady that welcomed us was great, walked us through the whole process before we started picking out a bear. My main issue is with the lady working the stuffing machine. Could not have been less interested in working that day, much less at a store for kids who just want to see a smiling face! Mumbled the whole time, barely any eye contact with my two kids, lackadaisical effort to stuff bears and even closed up one bear before my kid could put the heart in there and she was standing 2 feet from her holding the heart in her hand waiting. Just clueless. I guess I haven’t been in this store for maybe 20 years but I expected a much better experience for what we spent. Almost $200 on bears and accessories and main person we were in contact with couldn’t even crack a smile. Disappointing. I’d find a different store or another gift alternative before coming here. Only giving two stars because the welcoming lady was good!

We went in there as new customers to buy a bear for our baby, but one of the workers acted rude towards us, the skinny young lady with glasses that stuffed our bear even skipping some of the steps that they do when you put the heart in.

Went in today was quite busy but an Employee Emily helped me out and really made me feel welcomed her smile is infectious she really made me smile and cause of her I bought another bear.

Bianca and Hailey helped us with creating our extremely special intimate gender reveal for my husband and I! We picked a bear then picked out an outfit for a boy and an outfit for a girl. They were both so helpful and sweet! Bianca helped pick items and hid them in the back for us. Then Hailey dressed the bear and blocked out the windows of the box so we wouldn’t accidentally see. She even drew the bear on the envelope with the gender photos inside which was such a sweet touch. It made our little video so so special and I can never thank them enough for helping us!! Can’t wait for our little boy to meet his first bear ❤️ Bianca and Hailey if you see this THANK YOU for making this so special!

Was excited to go for my sons first birthday bear BUT there was an associate at the door that decided that they could close the store 20 minutes before closing hours stated. When I asked what time they closed she said 6PM so I said oh! we have 20 minutes to go inside and shop for what we wanted and she said oh no that’s not enough time and shooed us away. Terrible customer service and very disappointed and soured on the experience and interaction as a whole, will NOT be returning to this location.

Today my husband went in to get his battery/voice recording of his son serviced because it stopped working.He went in and a associate name which starts with a “A” was working and told him to take the bear back to the store it was purchased (we all know that’s a NO NO) and then told him that they don’t do it..he would have to go find a voice box from somewhere and bring it back..So I had to call another store and confirm their policies..so I called back the store and they said he could come back and they’ll see..A big Thanks to Emelie she took care of him and to the other associate who tried to avoid him while he was waiting and making him come back because she was being mean ..needs more training because that’s not the way to handle CUSTOMERS..to so many ppl these bears mean so much to ppl whom lost love ones and to treat someone this way who is just trying to save memories is wrong and I’m sure your store manager would be disappointed if she/he knew his/her associates treats ppl this way.

I’m a bit disappointed with my experience here.. I was helped by employee 0051159, I’m not sure of her name but this was on the receipt. From the minute we walked in this girl looked like she was just over being at work and just looked unhappy. (Same girl btw) Now this was mine and my daughters first time here, I never had a build a bear so I wanted my daughter to get one and every time I had a question to ask she would respond with one worded answers and just seemed annoyed to where I just didn’t wanna ask anything anymore. I wasn’t going to let her attitude ruin our experience so I ignored it but thankfully someone came and relieved her and this employee was the sweetest to my daughter. All was good til I got to the register and saw the first employee again. For one, she never called me up to the register she just stared, two, the lady before me got a box with her bear. I paid almost $100 for this bear and I feel like when kids get these bears, getting the house box is what completes the exciting experience for them but we didn’t get that. Not even a thank you or have a nice day, the employee didn’t even tell me we were done with the transaction she just left the 5 items I purchased there on the counter as she stepped away and got on a call. I’m a single mom and work hard to get her stuff I couldn’t have growing up, so I feel like for what I paid for this stuffed animal it would’ve been nice to receive better customer service and a house box for her $100 stitch like I saw other people getting or at least something to put my items in. It’s just disappointing for it being both mine and my daughter’s first time here and it wasn’t a good experience. The second employee was great though, wish I’d gotten her name but she either had piercings or tattoos I can’t remember, but she was super sweet to my daughter and myself as she stuffed her stitch, explained how everything works and what I have to do, and even when we left while homegirl was talking on the phone. But even after all this, the second employee made my experience a bit better which is why I rated 2 stars and not 1 and my daughter still loved her Stitch.
