Look, Austin in the Friendswood, TX location is the best. This gentleman took ALL the stress out of repairs. His communication, and follow-up was above and beyond. I recommend Austin 💯
Visually everything look great, still to early to rate the put back together repairs have not put the car on the road. I have ALWAYS used Caliber and if I had an issue it was fixed immediately. Highly recommend Austin.

Bad customer service, Their response is never accurate. Extremely over priced, They had my car almost a month for a fender repair. Jessy Sanchez, she has always with an attitude.

Sadly, I had used them several times, but each time, I had different advisors from Mario, to Santos, and now Stacy/Staci, they all have been delightful, communicate efficiently, and are people that care about customer service. The work performed was also excellent.

Everyone was helpful and nice. I was kept informed, they answered my questions without making me feel stupid. And bonus they returned my car ahead of schedule. Auto repair is stressful and having people that were helpful and normal made the process go smoothly.

I had an amazing experience at Caliber Collision, and a big part of that was thanks to Alex, my estimator! From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire repair process.
Alex took the time to explain every step of the estimate and what would be done to get my car back to pre-accident condition. She kept me updated on the progress and made sure I understood the timeline and insurance process. Her attention to detail and friendly attitude really made a stressful situation much easier.
