“I called EZ Auto Glass to inquire about a windshield replacement on a 19 tundra. I needed the replacement done before I left town the following day. I usually use a competitor around the corner but they did not have availability for another 2 weeks. EZ Auto ordered the glass and got it installed the same day.I also got the tint strip on the upper portion of the windshield. Very good customer service and the work they do is outstanding. I recommend this location if you are looking for good quality work.”

The woman running the front office, named Nina, I think, was extremely professional, helpful, nice and knowledgeable. “Great choice for auto repair! Bumper, grill, and hood were all damaged during an accident, and Joe Hudson's made it look brand new. It took a little longer than initially quoted, but Joe Hudson's rejected an imperfect (new) hood, so that delayed delivery. Although not customary, an employee dropped me off and picked me up. Additionally, they detailed the car inside and out before I took delivery! I couldn't ask for better service.”

“We’ve been subscribers since Rich’s opened. Great value, great service and great people. Today, Jack, the assistant manager went the extra mile! I managed to accidentally include my phone in a handful of trash items and didn’t realize it until our truck was completely cleaned, vacuumed and sparkly. By then all of the trash cans had been collected and emptied into the dumpster. I searched everywhere for my phone and then as a last resort thought that perhaps it had been thrown away. Jack immediately donned boots and gloves and climbed into the dumpster and sifted until he found it at the bottom! Wow, what a relief. That was beyond the call of duty and I’m so grateful!”

“Service has always been a 10/10. They keep you updated via text or whatever method you prefer, daily. I also received my vehicle earlier than initially scheduled. This is unfortunately not the first time I've had to use their service (I've had several other vehicles involved in accidents due to uninsured motorists) and CC has always taken care of my vehicles.”
“I scheduled an appt. to have my windshield replaced the day before it was serviced. I received confirmation day of scheduling and the morning of my appt. I was a little nervous about how i was going to meet my service rep since i would have to meet him when he arrived and about the overall process since it wasn't at a residence.
Fast-forward my technician Mr. Al(nickname) who was amazing. From beginning conversation to meet up and being able to accommodate going across the street due to my job not letting him onsite Very kind and professional from start to finish. He got straight to work and i believe he was done in less then a hour.He made the process very seamless for my first time which helped me not so tight about paying 400.00. Mr. Al really did make it a enjoyable experience”
