i’ve been going here for years. but this past year i have not been pleased. last month i went in and my finger got slightly nicked up which was okay because nancy saw the bleeding and immediately apologized and put on an oil to stop the bleeding. yesterday i went in for a refill. i wanted french tips again just with a different color for the tip. daisy was doing my nails this time and she asked if i wanted a different style of french tip and i said no i like the normal ones. as she’s drilling down the cuticle part of my fingers she scabs up three of my fingers on my left hand. i start bleeding and she proceeds to do nothing. she doesn’t apologize or put on any oil to stop the bleeding. i don’t know if she was trying to get back at me for saying no to a different french tip or what but now my hand is in so much pain whenever i do something. after writing this review the manager proceeded to call my mom and apologize and give us a 50$ credit for the next time i went in. when i went back for the last time (i wanted to use the credit) deanna didn’t cut up my fingers which i’m grateful for. when i went to checkout i had told the receptionist i had a 50$ credit the manger gave us. i tried my moms phone number for the credit and mine and there was nothing there. i know it is not the receptionist’s fault but i was aggravated that the manger had lied. i will no longer be coming back to this salon.Service: Acrylic nails

The work they do is okay but the ladies in the front have bad attitudes and they don’t greet you also the nail techs don’t talk to you they don’t ask for you’re name or nothing they just talk in Vietnamese the whole time it’s awkward. I didn’t feel comfortable or welcome but my nails did come out good. They need to improve in customer service and communication.

My daughter and I went for a girl's day to celebrate my birthday and got mani/pedis.Lan did my nails and she paid great attention to detail. I love how my nails turned out!Jenny B took care of my daughter and was very gentle during the manicure and pedicure.We will definitely be going back. Everyone was so kind and helpful.

Just spent 60 dollars to leave with my nails looking worse than when I arrived! Asked for black and silver cat eye, got a disgusting green Crome. When I called explaining I got my nails done, rather then the manicure I requested, I was told I could pay extra to get my cuticles taken care of.Service: Nail polish changes

Got my nails done for vacation Thursday. By Saturday one had popped off and others were lifting. But the time I got to the airport Monday, I was missing 3. Paid $50 for short, one colored nails. So disappointing and definitely not worth it. Some of the techs just don’t know how to do nails. Will not be returning for acrylic nails.

The Cinderella Nail Salon off of Bay Area is zero stars for customer service. The front desk ladies were rude and unprofessional. Go to the Cinderella Nail Salon off El dorado for better service

I got an acrylic set done last Friday… so a week ago. Two of my nails have already popped off fully on their own and the others are already lifting. The lady who did my nails seemed annoyed that I asked for acrylic and was very rushed. Acrylic usually lasts at least 2.5/3 weeks for me. Very disappointed.

the lady who did my pedicure was extremely nice and did a great job, but the two girls at the front desk are extremely RUDE and they look/sound like they are miserable. the people you have working the desk can make or break your business so give that a second thought. i have been here multiple times with a good experience, but those girls dim the mood.

If i could give negative stars i would!!! this salon is very unprofessional, they have refused me service because “i didn’t pay” when their nail technicians don’t not how to do their jobs. I’ve been kept for longer than 2 hrs to get my nails done. I’ve always shown a picture of how i want my nails done and everytime Yen had told me she could do it. I wish i had a picture because she kept asking me if “i liked it” and the way she did my nails looked horrible and not at all what i was asking for. And when she asked me if i wanted something else after already being there for 2 1/2 hours i showed her something else i wanted and she messed that up too!!! finally i told her that i would just leave with plain white nails and this was an hour and a half after closing and then without communicating with me or even an apology the receptionist expected me to pay for the price of the original nails i wanted with french tip & design when i only had white shellac on. Yen then told her to let me go so BECAUSE THE NAIL TECH TOLD ME NOT TO PAY IN FRONT OF THE RECEPTIONIST WHOM OF WHICH IS THE MANAGER NOW, I LEFT. Coming back I asked for another nail tech and i actually liked her work and her patience but one day I came in as a walk in as i’ve done multiple times before and asked if she had any availability because i didn’t have an appointment they said yes and that they could take me without telling me that she had a customer coming in soon. So while I’m getting my set removed and finding a color I want they tell me they can’t finish my nails because the appointment she had is here now. Now i would have never sat down and taken up someone’s time to one if they were already booked and two if i could not receive a full treatment. But as any other business if a technician is not done with their current client regardless of the time or appointment next they should always finish the service they are currently working on. So i am told to leave and come back with nothing on my nails but acetone. The nail tech that had been tending to me tells me as well DONT WORRY ABOUT PAYING ANYTHING BECAUSE IM SO SORRY ABOUT THIS BUT MY CUSTOMER IS HERE. regardless of how i felt i appreciated her apology and left. Now they are trying to tell me that i can no longer receive any services because I DECIDED TO NOT PAY WHEN THAT WAS NOT THE CASE!!! I think anyone would not pay for something they didn’t ask for especially if the nail tech herself is telling them they don’t have to pay for the service they didn’t do in the first place!Services: Acrylic nails

Amy is the best! She always takes the time to make sure your shape is perfect and has such a lovely personality. I go to her every few weeks and know I'm going to get the best care, I recommend the dip nails service as well as the VIP pedicure. Salon is super clean and the receptionists always make you feel like family.

I LOVE seeing my go to girl mindy! She is always so nice and does an amazing job! I look forward to our chats and will forever ask for her! Their prices are comparable and waits are never too long.

We have been loyal customers to Cinderella nails for years, but after this I’m not so sure. We made an appointment for 4 people at 2:30pm. We get there at 2:30 for our appointment and are told it will be at least a 20 minute wait. When asked why since we had an appointment she said because there are 2 walk-in ahead of us that need to be seen, which makes no sense since appointments should take precedence to walk in. 30 mins later we are still waiting, a lady comes in for her 3pm appointment and is taken right back. We asked the front desk ladies why a 3pm appointment is being seen before a 2:30 appointment, and she said it’s because their appointment was with a specific technician vs us who didn’t have a preference. After 40 minutes of waiting one in our party had to leave to go home as this wait was just unnecessary and ridiculous. It seems like they were short staffed, which I understand. There have been several times when we call to make an appointment but are told bc they are short staffed they couldn’t fit us in, no harm done. But today, instead Kaylee and Ashton (front desk employees), make our appointments and instead of honoring that appointment are letting walk in’s and later appointments go in first, they have no sense of how to manage customers, appointments and walk-in and all would say is that’s how it is. I will need to discuss this major concern with the manager John. Also, as I’m finishing this post, it’s been almost an hr and they just took one of our party back.

This place used to be good before 2018 and since then every time I've been there the front desk never honors my points and coupons. There is always a different story and confusion around that and also the pricing in general. Beyond that there is an attitude at the front desk where they are not trying to make things right but just trying to be right and also not give the customers any options. They simply do not care and want you to leave so they can get off work. The services are also not the quality they used to be and not worth the $. There are plenty of other nail salons with nice staff, good prices and a clean atmosphere - not this one!
