Subject: Bummer at Dick's Sporting Goods: Phone Number Mix-Up Woes Hey there, Wanted to share a bit of a frustrating experience at Dick's Sporting Goods. So, the cashier messed up my phone number when I was buying a fishing pole, and the mix-up cost me the guarantee on the gear. It's a bit of a downer, you know? I think it'd be awesome if they could tighten things up with entering info, so others don't end up in the same boat. Just thought I'd put it out there, because I would really like to return my item. And to add to this problem, the manager was rude too. Please fix this. Thanks!

I like their selection of tennis shoes. They have knowledgeable employees and fair prices. Only 4 stars because they walked away from hunters.

Associate ordered the wrong items for me even though she had the tag in her hand. Returned items and reordered with a smarter, ha ha associate who was head of the registers and she had the same tag in her hand. Wrong order again. Had to drive to the other side of town to two other Dick's stores and use my hard earned money in gasoline and my valuable time to find a COMPETENT associate to get the correct items for me. Returned both orders to this store and spoke to the complete BITCH store manager who should not only be fired but should never work in retail ever because she has no clue how to speak to customers and does not give a crap about the issues. I quit shopping at Dick's because of there stance on firearms and have not missed them at all. My mistake for ever stepping foot in this store again but it will be my LAST TIME for sure !!!!!!!!!!

0/5 stars.I made an online order for in-person pick-up for Van's size M 12 . They handed me a small shoe box, so I checked, and it was Vans size 4.5. After waiting 15 mimutes, they told me that two orders were switched. I called the store manager to find out why no one is checking the orders and the items before they hand it out. No one bothered to listen to me because I was put on hold multiple times for a while. Needless to say, I am a very unsatisfied customer.Do not make any online orders from this location.

Worse customer service manager I have ever met. I bought over a $1,000 of football gear for my kids and the cashier didn’t put two mouth guards in the bag. It was a really large order so I assumed it just got left out and no big deal, I had the receipt so I thought no problem. Well boy was I wrong, they refused me getting the mouth guards when I came back and told them they were missing and showed my receipt. The manager on duty was rude and he refused to help me. Unbelievable, never shop at Dick’s again

Remodel is amazing. Store has so much inventory and variety. They have an indoor rock wall! I wish women’s golf apparel was actually in Golf Galaxy but they finally have a decent amount of choices for women.

Is it typical for your associates to cancel an entire pick up order? I had a large pick up order and the entire order was cancelled. I have a hard time believing that they could not even find one item on the list. Please get back to me about this issue Thank you

The service here sucks. My son wears an 8 which is hard to find in men's shoes. He needed basketball shoes so I asked the girl if she could tell us what she had available in an 8 because I knew there wouldn't be much. She said she would have most everything in that size. My son then proceeds to show her at least 8-10 shoes he likes and she scans then and says she doesn't have them. Duh. That's why I asked her to check and see what was available in the first place. Then she just walks off before we get figure out a single shoe that is available. Didn't say anything. Just walked off. So I went to find her and ask her if she could come back. It was ridiculous. My other son and my husband were on the field and steam side at the same time and didn't have better luck over there. Not a single person came by to see if they needed help even though they were over there for a good 30 minutes. If we didn't need the shoes and fishing stuff we went there for today, I would have just walked out. Unfortunately we did need them today so we had to spend our money there. We'll never, ever go back.

4 years later and they STILL are bad here. Ugh! They had an "upgrade" by having a kiosk to scan a shoe and get the size you want to try. I see only two dudes with their scanner and looking at the back to get the boxes of shoes to try on. Several people still waiting for their shoes and these dudes are nowhere to be found. I take a peek and they're just casually looking around, up and down the shelves. We've been waiting 15 mins now. It's so disorganized!!!

This place has 9000 selections of T-shirts, but no rollerskates. For a real sporting equipment you probably have to go to a specialty store in a bigger city.
