This Dick’s Sporting Goods store is extremely well-maintained! It’s exceptionally spotless. The store layout is designed for easy browsing, but it can also be tough on your wallet. There are plenty of options for most items you’re looking for. The staff is helpful and not overly intrusive. The shoe system with the tablet is a fantastic way to check stock availability without needing to ask a staff member. Great place to shop for all of your sporting goods needs and wants.

We went in yesterday and it was our second time being in the store. The first time we just went looking for a baseball bat and we were in and out right away. We went in and decided to walk the entire store. We went looking for an Igloo cooler backpack. My husband didn't find one he liked but he did like a small cooler that Igloo had so he did get that. Our boys saw the rock-climbing wall and wanted to do it. In the end only one of them wanted to do it. Our son was so happy and ready to go but he had to wait because a little boy was already doing it. When it was his turn, he was ready and started going up. He had never done it, so he was figuring it out as he went. He got a good way up and then freaked out. He looked down and yelled "I'm scared, get me down". The girl was trying to explain to him to let go and she would bring him down, but he wasn't listening. He was so scared and just yelling. She kept trying to assure him that he wouldn't not fall because he was attached to the rope on her end. My husband and I tried to calm him down, but he was not having it. It took him a while, but he finally came down by climbing down. The employee kept assuring him he was okay and was encouraging him to try again but he told her 'I don't want to; I'm never coming back here again". She was so patient and kept telling him to not give up and try again. She even told him that maybe the next time we came back he could try and who knows maybe he would climb mountains one day. She was young yet so good with our son. I loved how she didn't get frustrated or just give up on him. It really meant the world to me. My son is autistic, but I didn't mention that to her because I don't ever want people to see him any different. My son is very smart, and his only sensory issue is loud noises. As an autistic mother I was happy and proud of my son and happy with the employee's sweet and caring gestures. I really wish I would have gotten her name, but she went in to take the shoes back and never came back. I hope she gets recognition for what she did because it may not seem like anything big, but it really was!

I was today with my family looking for new shoes for my next vacation and I didn’t know what kind of shoes to buy and Conner help me so much I was about to go until he give me all the information about the different between all different kinds of shoes he was really knowledge about all kinds of products and I ending finding the shoes the was the right for me thank you conner

Our kids love wandering around Dick's Sporting Goods. This store is HUGE! We walked around for quite awhile. The store was dead on a Friday evening. Made us comment that we're not sure how stores like this will stay in business. There's a batting cage near the baseball area and a climbing wall. (Both for a fee). Golf Galaxy is connected on the one side of the store. Needless to say, the prices here are high. Not necessarily higher than other comparable stores but higher than we're willing to spend. Workers were nice.

Subject: Bummer at Dick's Sporting Goods: Phone Number Mix-Up Woes Hey there, Wanted to share a bit of a frustrating experience at Dick's Sporting Goods. So, the cashier messed up my phone number when I was buying a fishing pole, and the mix-up cost me the guarantee on the gear. It's a bit of a downer, you know? I think it'd be awesome if they could tighten things up with entering info, so others don't end up in the same boat. Just thought I'd put it out there, because I would really like to return my item. And to add to this problem, the manager was rude too. Please fix this. Thanks!

I like their selection of tennis shoes. They have knowledgeable employees and fair prices. Only 4 stars because they walked away from hunters.

Beware! They will try to see you shoes that were previously worn and when you go to return they will say the shoes were worn. I’ll NEVER buy anything from Dick’s again!

Associate ordered the wrong items for me even though she had the tag in her hand. Returned items and reordered with a smarter, ha ha associate who was head of the registers and she had the same tag in her hand. Wrong order again. Had to drive to the other side of town to two other Dick's stores and use my hard earned money in gasoline and my valuable time to find a COMPETENT associate to get the correct items for me. Returned both orders to this store and spoke to the complete BITCH store manager who should not only be fired but should never work in retail ever because she has no clue how to speak to customers and does not give a crap about the issues. I quit shopping at Dick's because of there stance on firearms and have not missed them at all. My mistake for ever stepping foot in this store again but it will be my LAST TIME for sure !!!!!!!!!!

Updated displays are very nice and the store is well stocked. On the other hand, I interacted with 3 employees and 2 of them were very rude. The gentleman in the shoe department and the lady at the cash register convinced us to spend our money elsewhere.

Love the new setup but waiting for shoes shouldn't take 10 to 15 mins when not busy. So we left without trying cleats on.
