putting in a review for the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! i came around 5-6pm on 6/12. i came to dillards for something very specific after running around in the whole mall not finding what i needed. this lady approached me and helped me find what i needed, she was very kind and very patient with me! i forget her name but i remember her saying she was the third floor customer service manager. if i ever do come to dillards again i would immediately go looking for her! :)

One of my favorite stores. If you are sensitive to smells, be wary of the cologne/perfume area. The WHOLE store permeates various scents.

This store is always the same. Nothing unexpected or surprising. I feel it' needs to be updated. Also seems like there's not enough staff at times.
