Worst place, took my 2 daughters and a family friend one day, completely terrified them now they can't go to a store without thinking someone is going to accuse them of stealing or threatening to search them. Went in to get stocking stuffers for their family. Before they went in I gave them each $10 to spend they did not have enough so they asked for more money while we were in the store. Something we do every year. I then get a call from them that a lady was following them accusing them of stealing because they looked suspicious and threatened to search them.. We are talking about kids that are 10-11 years old. I let them know to go to the door and wait for me they said she said she wanted to search them before they leave. I confronted the lady her reasoning behind it was that they were picking stuff up and putting it back was the reason why she thought they were stealing and she deemed it suspicious. She was worried about 3 little girls stealing yet there were open packages scattered around the mess thay called a store. I used to bring my kids after they got their allowance and just let the run wild to buy what they want. To them it's the best thing in the world. Now I refuse to go. And so do they. They were searched as soon as we got home and found nothing. The lady had boxed dyed blond orange hair and glasses had to be in her late 40s. The day before we saw her do he same to 2 young women. I figured she was having a bad day. Turns out I was wrong.

Dollar Tree always good for last minute items or to go for economic reasons. A few dollars go a long way for budgeting!

I get if there is 1 person working, but if you see a long line, call for back up and hustle. I stood in line for 30 minutes for 5 fake flowers. The lady working was chatting, not scanning anything and taking her time when there is a long line. I try to be patient but we were on our way to a funeral service. Bad service, avoid if possible.

It's been about 3 years since I've been in the Friendswood, Tx Dollar Tree. In the past it was a joy to go in & shop. The store was always neat & clean. Today it looked like a junk heap. Boxes were everywhere (I can understand that because it looked like they just got in a new shipment). But the bins & aisles were in terrible shape. There were items strewn all over the floor & just a terrible mess. Looks like they've changed managers since the last time I shopped there. I wish I had taken pictures to post here & show the mess.

This Dollar Tree used to be so neat and organized and have friendly employees that I recognized. The past few months it's been a wreck, as shown in the photos. You can't find anything, because it's all stuffed in boxes that have been just thrown in front of shelves. I normally wouldn't post a review like this, but my hope is that maybe if I do, someone will fix this issue. It's very frustrating! Perhaps they are short staffed, but it seems it's been this way a while. The previous employees kept it so nice.

The store is not crap as the previous review says. They do not have enough help. The manager is very nice. The help comes and goes because they just don't have enough to keep up with the shipments. Maybe somebody should go in there and help them if they want to leave a bad review.
