Fantastic experience! We really wanted to be able to sit on couches and bring fabrics home to look at in our space. Our consultant was so great- twice she drove a long distance to pick up our samples! We couldn't be happier with the service we received, and our new couch!

We needed 2 occasional chairs for the living room of the home we are building, and we wanted them made in America. After visiting several stores, one of which actually lied to us about where their furniture is made, we went back to EA. Price was the highest of anything we had seen but the designer was very knowledgeable and helpful and they could keep the chairs in their warehouse for a few weeks if they arrived before our home was completed- had them for 5 weeks but they did get here a couple of weeks earlier than expected.Delivery was done to a storage unit as our home is still not done but the guys were neat and clean ( have had furniture delivered by guys with filthy hands in the past) and made sure we had time to inspect our furniture before they took off. Can't wait to get to use them!

We ordered a desk the first week of December. It was supposed to be here in February. It’s May 19th and they’re telling us another month (of course they’ve been saying “another month” since February). We paid a deposit so we can’t cancel without losing it. They won’t give us a discount for waiting. BEYOND frustrated. We will never spend money here again.*update-desk was delivered on June 15. It is beautiful. So, if you don’t mind waiting over 7 months….

I absolutely love Ethan Allen. Everything I have purchased throughout the years, has been of great quality. Lucia Gentry did the design plan and she really met my needs. Yes, deliveries have been challenging in 2021 but finally did receive all my orders. Deliveries have been tough for manufacturers across the board. I believe that all the designers work to keep us informed with delays and changes to ship dates. I appreciate that we can walk in and browse without having someone directing me, but if I need help, they are very helpful. I can't say enough good things about Lucia Gentry. She is excellent and truly puts her heart into the project.

My experience started off great. Heather, who is no longer working there, was just amazing. The furniture she helped me pick is beautiful. We placed an order back in November 2020 Since then, it has just been delay after delay. First of all, no one contacted me to tell me who would take over Heather's accounts. I had to call myself to figure that one out. Then Pamela took over. She also started off fine even though she never answered a few of questions. Actually, I think she just ignored them. We have been so patient and kind with everything that has happened since our initial order. But when I received an email from Pamela saying that our dining room table was still not ready to ship, I was just shocked. Remember, this was ordered in November 2020 and now it's May 4, 2021. My dining room table had an initial estimated ship date of January 20, 2021. Of course the delay was blamed on Covid. That's why we were patient. Long story short, we placed another order in February. We received those chairs and side table already. Funny how that wasn't affected by Covid. But wait, Pamela also let me know that the lamp I ordered back in February, was now backordered?!! Shouldn't I have been told that back in February?? She said it would be shipped in 4 weeks. Yeah, we don't have that lamp yet. And our dining room table? Nope. The owner let us borrow their floor sample. I'm greatly disappointed because no one has even offered an apology on behalf of Ethan Allen. No one. The last email I received from Pamela was her reply to me questioning the delay. That email was very short and to the point with no sympathy and understanding. I guess me questioning why I still don't have my dining room table might have upset her. We're the ones that should be extremely upset but we've been nothing but patient!
