I have never found so many clothes on one shopping trip! I'm talking about an entire wardrobe! To make it even better, everything was 30% off as an Insider! Both myself and my husband left with huge smiles on our faces. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful finding sizes in the back, as well!

Today I had a couple of items to return that I had ordered. One was the wrong size, the other I had just changed my mind about. I walked inside Express it seemed very bare, not too many customers and no line at all at the registers nor where their any sales associates at the registers either. It was a little weird and I almost thought I was at the wrong area of the store and there must've been another register section somewhere. I was in the right place. Two sales associates quickly walked out to help me. The return was super easy. I had lost my receipt/order slip so I'd called their customer service line to have another form emailed to me. A quick call with the rep and they advised I could print it out or just show the email upon arrival. Anyway, once at the register, they didn't even need a receipt. The sales associate asked me for my phone number and the items I was returning, quickly processed them and sent the money back to my credit card. She didn't even need my card. EZ peezy. I was in and out in a jiffy. They've got an excellent and efficient return process. The store itself as I mentioned was a bit bare, seemed like it needed to be jazzed up a bit and I also noticed a loose tile as I was walking in and out, that someone could possibly trip over. I'd give the store ambiance a 2.5/3.All in all though, my hat goes off to that return process as that was the aim of my visit. 4 star experience for sure.

On Xmas Eve I had an event to go to which required me to wear a black suit. Unfortunately, the airline lost my luggage that same morning. From IAH I called their store in Baybrook Mall, explained what happened, told them what I needed, and gave them my sizes. I was skeptical during my 45 min Uber ride down there that they would have any of it ready or available since the holiday shopping was in full force that day. When I arrived at the counter the sales rep who I spoke to had a full suit down to the shoes ready and hanging for me. I was even able to wear it out and go straight to the event with 5 mins to spare. Very Thankful!!! Happy Holidays everyone!
