1st pair on sale for $60, couldn't find match and box from wall. Selected another pair on sale. Shoes marked $75 and tried to charge me $140. Would not honor price tag on them. Tried the old bait and switch tactic. Will shop elsewhere.

I purchased a pair of shoes on 11/17, gave them to my daughter for Christmas and needed an exchange of 1/2 size bigger so she could get a little longer wear time, when I was told that it would cost and extra $67 because they couldn’t honor the sale price anymore.I can afford it, but what about the mom that couldn’t. So sad.

I’ve won raffles in the past at many other locations over the years but this location has the worst management by far.We tried for the first time today to pickup at finish-line using methods other retailers allow, (in the event of absence, a third party may pick up for you using a valid ID matching raffle win and app login) when they told my mother they didn’t do pickups like that, they proceeded to antagonize her and say that our family caused issues in other areas and we’ve never even been to this location for a release prior to this. They said that I tried cheating a raffle for the lost and found Jordan 1s… but if you check my account or any of my family’s we haven’t won a raffle in 6months + at any finish line … so instead of kindly letting her know they didn’t do pickups like that, she left borderline crying after the terrible experience. It was a hispanic/oriental man that made my family never want to enter another draw at the Baybrook location. I also called 8 times before I was answered by a girl claiming to be a manager and I asked about pickup policy and she said “what’s the point of this phone call?” I wish there was a way to leave a lower rating.

Walked into the store and was ignored by several workers on the floor, and sat down for 15 -20 mins where one worker walked by us several times and proceeded to ignore and walk away from us. No one ever approached us an we left and did not get the shoes we intended on buying. Very disappointed

Wouldn’t take a return a day later for shoes because they were dusty. Told me to go home and clean them then return. Won’t be shopping at finish line again.

I went to returned some white airmax and me and my wife were insulted. THEY told us the shoes are used. They forcefully returned my money but kept insisting they are used. THESE YOUNG generation don't know customer service or respect.Never shopping at any finish line.

I received a call from the Finish Line store at this location about winning a raffle. I was told to come pick up the shoes between 11am and 6pm. I made it there around 1pm, showed them my ID, and was told the shoes wasn't there. They had me to wait in line for about 35mins while they put on act to look for the shoes in the back and sent a different rep to the front to tell me it was a issue with shipping. Which didn't make any sense if you received the shipment days before making the call to customers about winning the raffle. This is the second time this happened and I'm starting to believe some of the reservations are being sold out the backdoor. I will never shop here again.
