I don’t ask her name but she was great customer server , i really like the way she introduced me to the store help making my watch fit to my size , and that moment like 4 more people buying, but she focus and help me and help the others , customer's i went this past 7/9/25 at 4 ish

I have had a watch for many years and it was in very poor condition, So i took it to get fixed.
At the Fossil store they attended me and my needs with outstanding service and to this day the watch still works Perfectly.
Fossil has a wide variety of watches older styles, new ones, Digital and modern too.. For men, women and kids. They really do have something nice for everyone. Whatever your fancy

You have to order a charger if you need a replacement, newer generations don't have access to all of your apps and biometrics don't always register so not a good watch for working out. I've been a Fossil owner for a while but will not buy another Fossil.

I believe the employees here really missed the question "going above and beyond for a customer" during their interview. Went to get a refund for a christmas gift I received. First time, they told me manager was out on vacation and I needed a receipt to refund. Second time which was today, the guy working the floor said he would ask the manager to see if a refund was possible because it had been more than 90 days. Date of Purchase was 12/22/2023, making it less than the 90 days. Associate came back to say they were unable to refund. How was it possible that not only one employee but the manager too (believe his name was Ian) were unable to take the time to make a simple calculation. Instead, I had to return to the store after I, myself, read the clause on the receipt stating I was to get a full refund if purchase within 90 days and unopened merchandise. Complete frustrated because I had to return to that specific store not one time or two, but three in order to resolve this. Not to mention that the first floor associate who I first interacted with did not have the best attitude either making it an even more uncomfortable situation. Overall, they should take the time to carefully evaluate each situation as inconveniences like these could be avoided.

Do NOT buy their watches! Pure junk, "traded" in an older watch for a new "smart" watch....STUPIDEST thing ever...battery doesn't even last a day, I would have to pay to ship a product still under warranty on my dime and it's just over 3 months old! PURE TRASH! The people working there...well...they work there, absolutely no help except to say it's because it's not set up properly!?!

Stopped by to get my smartwatch watch battery replaced, Ondre was quick and extremely friendly. I was looking at the purses and we carried on a conversation about purses and somehow I mentioned my bad habits are purses and perfume - we then started talking about all these fragrances. He has by far the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. I had explained I was going to use Klarna to purchase a purse but wanted to see in person - he began to assist me with logging on to my account so I could purchase in the store and make payments (I hate dropping big amounts at one time). We couldn’t get my acct to go through BUT because of his friendliness and awesome attitude - I said oh what the heck and purchased the Jolie Baguette black purse! I can easily walk away BUT Ondre was so helpful, friendly, very patient and just made my day with the small conversation we had - it made me want the purse more. I wish everywhere I went there was an Ondre there.

I had a great in store experience with Andre! I went in on two occasions to look at a particular bag and on my second visit I bought the bag. He was very kind and helpful and has a great personality. Thank you Andre! It's been a long time since I've had such great customer service in any store!
