I am highly disappointed. I went in today before you closed at 6pm and as I made my way to this GNC to pick up vitamins at 5:53PM and the store was completely locked up already closed and all lights turned off. The closing time is 6pm. As a consistent costumer and getting off work late from a training, I needed my vitamins and got there with 7 minutes to spare just as stated on your hours on your website you do not close until 6 PM but The employee had already left and closed up the whole store. As a business honoring your hours is highly important to customers coming based on the times your open.

I had given up on this store, but really wanted a drink while I was at the mall. Previously, people would be very rude, and push you to give them all your info.
Jose was very nice, and told me about new products. I will definitely be back!

Went in today inquiring about colon cleanse detoxes and the manager Jose was very knowledgeable,friendly and wasn’t pushy at all with trying to sell a product. Honestly glad I stopped in . Thank you for the friendly service . Will definitely be back for that Ashwaganda ?

Walked through the entire mall to get to GNC for a specific product. Store employee was locking door and said going on lunch and would be back in 20 minutes. I’m not waiting. The store hours should say they’re closed for lunch OR better yet what happened to customer service where they would have waited in the customer? Well, I’ll head over to The Vitamin Shoppe and get what I need. And, I won’t be back to GNC.

Tried to buy vitamins. Was told by the associate that she needed my name, phone number, and email address before I could make a purchase. I responded i did not want to join their rewards program and she responded she could not sell me anything without my information because she is not a manager.

The area and store manager used to be this religious Christian fringe-element of society whack case...hired LITERALLY people on the run from the law EXCLUSIVELY and other religious nuts hooked on Vicodin and Jesus who stayed in the storage room passed out all day!!! And a couple of everyday normal people to pick up the pieces then FIRE these good people as soon as her store got into compliance. Can't keep employees for long with this management style!!!

I went to the store on 02/09/23 eveningand the guy that was working there had a disgusting attitude towards people, he is rude and disrespectful, he was treating some people like trash, I am not coming back to that store never again..such a bad experience...horrible...

GNC is supposed to be a store focused on products to improve people’s health. I find it extremely odd that every time I walk by the employee’s NEVER have a mask on. Pre-March 2020, it would be very nice to walk by a store and see an employee greet you with a smile...now it’s actually frightening! There is a sign on the front door asking customers to wear masks for safety reasons but employees don’t have to? I work in the store just 2 spaces down, so I walk by GNC at least twice a day, 5 times a week. Your employees do not have masks on ever. You’re a health company. Why would health conscious people enter your store and put their well-being at risk around your non-mask wearing employees?
