This store is bigger than we thought. The store is clean and had a large selection but kind of disorganized. Unique clothing that you wouldn't find at your "typical" chain store. Professional, casual, sexy....
There seemed to be a lot of employees but no one offered to help us and they all appeared really busy talking to each other rather than engaging with customers. Not a big deal because we really didn't need assistance - just an observation.
The cashier was very nice and helped me sign up for the loyalty program.
Prices were not terrible and seemed affordable. Overall, not a bad experience and would recommend.

I placed an order online and only received half my order. The other half never arrived. H&M never contacted me in any way to let me know the other half of my order was lost. I contacted them after a month of no package and all they said was sorry here’s 20% off - which everyone already gets and we will refund you in 3-5 days. When I went to reorder the things I purchased originally of course some items were no longer available in the sizes I needed and the 2 coats were no longer on sale. Thanks H&M for nothing and poor customer service!

This location is ok, but I did not like that they charge you for the bags, that you have to put your merchandise in after you have paid for your merchandise. This should automatically be included they need to change this policy, it does not make sense that customers will walk out with clothes in their hands if they do not want to pay for a bag....ridiculous....

They need more of a variety of clothes in my opinion. The prices vary. Some items are inexpensive and some are over priced. But I still go from time to time as every once in a while I find something worth purchasing.

"Store policy" for parents not to accompany kids in the dressing room. Not sure if you single out certain clientele, or if depends on the sale, but ridiculous policy. Would give zero stars if able to.
