Sat here and waited since 10:40am. Knowing they open at 11am. 11:10am hit and still waiting. Called asked when are they opening them the young lady came an slapped a signed on instead of opening the door to let us know. Then comes out with a cart and almost hits my pregnant belly with her cart. Very rude! Will definitely be searching for a corporate number to report her. Would’ve left but have two young babes excited to go in the store to buy candy. Such a rude worker!

The worst ever. They think Donald Trump toilet paper is a good product to sell. As an American, I take that very personally and will never purchase from It's Sugar again.
Plus, everything they sell can be found for less money else where. Just shop around.

We Arrived at 6:38 and the store was closed with a paper sign on it that stated the store is temporarily closed until 7 PM. Many families were waiting outside in the cold for it to open back up. Finally, we went in and selected a few pieces of candy. We selected a breakfast gummy. It was $17. We walked out of the store and my daughter tried eating it and it tasted disgusting. We were aware of what flavor the gummy was, however, it tasted solid, processed sugar, and had no natural flavor to it at all. Again, I understand it’s candy, however, it was literally unbearable to eat. It tasted so gross. Me and both my daughters tried it and we could not eat it. We walked back in the store and nicely asked if it was OK if we could exchange it for something else. The lady just looked at me and said if she bit it there’s nothing I can do. We left the store with no other candy and we lost out on $18. So please be aware if you do not like what you purchase here they do not accommodate their customers. You would think they would at least offer an exchange for the prices that they charge. Bummer. Will not return or recommend to family and friends.

I filled up a bag of pez to discover they don't sell pez dispensers. I go to get a 2.5 oz tube of flavored corn syrup and it's $5. I know inflation is bad but wow. When I get home, I find that the pez is stale. The guys working were nice though.
