Absolutely zero dress selection for anyone under the age of 60+. Seriously surprised by the lack of options there. My wife was bummed out, as she was hoping to find a few options. Instead she felt like she would be buying something for a funeral or her would be 50th birthday. Not only that, the semi under 60 options were bland and incredibly high priced. What I loved about Pennie's in the past were the prices and deals, aside from clearance. Those were very dire here. Also, a ton of the clearance clothing had stains from food on them. Pretty shocking honestly. The only reason for the one star was for the quality of the employees. They deserve five stars.

I was excited to hopefully find a place to start taking my kids for their hair cuts. Did an excellent job on my toddler but when I went back the next day it was not the same experience. I had told the lady at the front desk I would be bringing my son in. After sitting there for over 30 minutes I was told they would be unable to cut my sons hair due to nobody having their clippers with them. They said they didn’t know it was going to be a boys cut and that since it was in my name they didn’t think anything of it but who goes to work without their equipment needed to do said job?! Not it. So here it is the day before school and everywhere is packed full because the appointment I had here was unable to fulfill their job duties. Very disappointed

Great service I am a regular customer for years for my hair color sand Amelia is wonderful she gives great advice. She is located at the Katy JCP. Where I use to live before moving to clear lake. I do miss her. She has advised me to go lighter I am so happy that I listened and took her advice I am no longer going back to darkjet black hair even though it’s my natural color

On New Years Eve 2020 I had an appointment at the salon for a body wave. I got a phone call that I can be seen earlier. I was very happy. During the hair processing the hair dresser told me that the mall will be closing earlier and they have to remove the rods and let me go. I was forced to leave with an unfinished job. Was charged in full. As of today I’m still trying to correct the damage they have done to my hair. I did returned after the holidays and I was able to get some sort of process to soften my hair. And returned 2 weeks later for a second process. For which I was charged for. As of today my hair is totally distroyed. Is breaking every where and falling out. I will not recommend this salon to anyone.Service: Hair styling

Spoke with someone at this location over the phone to see if they had something in stock, she said I had to look myself on the website inventory. Asked her to transfer me over to the shoe department for help, said nobody works In the department. I called the JCP in fairmont and she was able to help me and not tell me to look on the website myself :) poor customer service at this location - went to Bay Area Kohl's close by instead and they were able to help, and they price match!!

At least pretend that customers matter. We're just trying to check out and found two empty, unattended register stations. When we finally found one that would take our money, there was a line of 7 people waiting to hand over their money. You'd think they'd want to streamline that process. We abandoned our stuff and found comparable stuff at Kohl's. All their registers were open. It is a week until Christmas after all.
