Definitely experienced hostility here. I guess they were intimidated by two beautiful girls. Lol. The vibe was so bad we decided not to give them any of our money and leave!

Had a wonderful experience thanks to Joey (the friendly guy with the curly hair)! He was incredibly attentive, patient, and helpful as we tried on multiple sizes to find the perfect fit. His positive energy and genuine care truly stood out it’s rare to come across service like that.
Also, a huge shoutout to the girl the with curly hair!) who kindly helped Joey when we accidentally gave the wrong shoe color. We didn’t catch her name, but her support and kindness didn’t go unnoticed.

I did not appreciate my visit my grandma and I had. As soon as walked in there was no greeting, she was trying to try on a pair of shoes and instead of someone walking up to help us, they were just standing there so we had to go up to them to get help. Then as I’m browsing, someone else gets asked if they’re still doing okay, which we did not get asked the same thing. It just felt like nobody wanted to help us but had no issue helping others. Then they were all in a huddle talking.

Place an online order for my daughter to pick up while I was helping my other one at the salon. The guy kept telling her the order was not received so I had reached out to journeys directly and informed me the order was canceled by the store. So I went over to the store when I was finishing up, I asked the guy what was going on because what he was saying and what customer service is saying are two different things. He confirmed that he did get the order and canceled it. When I asked why he said because the item we ordered was a hot item right now and they are limited therefore we they are limited they don’t honor online orders. That’s not what was said to us. He wanted me to repurchase the item in store vs processing my online order. I refused. I contacted journey costumer service directly and they couldn’t even understand why he was telling me that. If the item is in stock then the order should have been filled. Per the guy at the store- it couldn’t be filled due to being a hot item. I told him well now y’all lost out of a sale. He truly didn’t care.

First of all, wanted to say thanks to the people for being so quick with helping me out. And so sorry for running out after immediately buying the Doc Martins without getting a receipt and you know a bag. My dad was going to give me hell if he had to wait in the car to pick me up as he'd just give me a look of disappointment and I'd never be able to live it down. Also it wasn't until I was in the car that I realized how sus I was when I did that ?. Thanks to the people who work there and to Penny who help me, thanks a lot! I can now go to college without having to worry about my feet being wet with these Doc Martins and I'll be using them for my welding class! Also to the poor chap who went outside to look for me as I was trying to find my dad's car, yeah so sorry about that.

It's a nice place, they have a large variety of shoes, and decent employees. My daughter is very picky when it comes to shoes, so this was the perfect spot. We tried 5 other places along the way, but this place had what she wanted, and in her size. It's pricy, but I'm hoping this pair will last her a bit longer than the last.
