A business is as good as their employees and the employees' customer service. Zoey is outstanding! She has helped me with multiple issues, from notarizing papers to helping me update my accounts. Zoey is friendly, intelligent, able to answer my questions and takes care of what I need while making sure that I understand any changes. She is very organized and provides me with requested printouts. Anytime I go in, she is either busy or gets right to me. Thank you, Zoey! :)

I've had an account here for near ten years now, but have only recently needed to come deposit physical paychecks. Every time I pull up to the drive-thru lines, no matter which one, the staff is always very kind and timely. Miss Hannah has greeted me by name and been so very sweet each Friday when I pull up in line, and I'm pleasantly surprised every time, as it's never expected. Thank you, all!

I've been a member of JSCFCU since 1968...never had a problem. Wellby Financial is a different story. They posted big announcement of a 7-month CD at 5.39% APR. So deceiving....Wellby does NOT have an option & does NOT pay members a rate of 5.39% for a CD...read carefully, you must get a 12-MONTH CD to get 5.39% - they don't have that; it's not offered...you must get a 7-MONTH CD that only pays 3% or less!! Also, all of the account names have been changed. The savings accounts, checking accounts, money market accounts all have weird names!! Call them what they are!

Never had issues with JSCFCU or since they Renamed themselves Welby. Same people at the branches. I did have a problem with my apartment complex double depositing my rent check (check because their reg payment system changed again.) Their Bank, Regions bank, simply allowed it and put it through twice, didn't both the flag it as incorrect and a fraudulent double check, just transmitted twice with 2 different draft number but same check same image same stamp. Of course wellby charged me over draft fees for it, but they quickly reimbursed it. To be kind, and Wellby said give them a chance to correct it before a fraud case is opened, (not fair as there is nothing fair about the apartment complex double depositing a check and Regions Bank not handling properly nor legally and transmitting a false one digitally.).So I called the complex and told them i need to be reimbursed for the double same check deposit mistake on their end. The property owner did write a check and take it to Wellby, Wellby immediately honored it and put the amount in my account as they saw the flagged report and issue due to the double despoit. For some reason The office manager for the apartments said that was a temporary check to cover the amount. That became a red flag. Regions bank said they did a reversal on the check. That never happened. NO ACH transaction record between Regions and Wellby is on record at all. Not an attempt, there was a rejection and it was never transmitted, so Regions held the properties owners money and made a false statement of a reversal, and ACH explained why that is not an easy step on a check especially after 4-5 days and it is doubtful it was attempted as it would not be accepted even with a double deposit attempt of the same check. The apartment is trying to say it was and I owe the money, but records show different and they were provided a copy. Now the regions bank branch manager won't call back the Wellby manager over the issue as they are trying to provide records to them. . Hopefully Wellby will get it handled today, because after seeing how horrible Regions is, and reviews with the very same issue happening to so many people, its clear the held the property owners funds stating a fake reversal.

I have banked with Wellby Financial (Seabrook)for a little over a year. Couldn't be happier. I've had a stroke combined with cancer so I'm moving very slow. Ashley takes care or me on a professional, courteous manner every time I come in. She is very patient and understanding with my situation. The other tellers and management are also very good. Great service all the way around.
