Went in there and spoke to salomeh tried exchanging a birthday gift with receipt and was trying to remove the pedant with some kind of tweezers she told me she couldn't take it off so i said it was fine did not make it a big deal but when i got home and was looking to wear necklace i looked at it and noticed the rock was scratched i called the store and she happened to answer the phone and was rude as well saying how the pedant wasn't scratched when i left the store i told friend about the experience and was confused on why employee didn't exchange it bc that's why they gave her the gift receipt, she called store and we spoke to dee and was confused on why employee was trying to remove the pedant dee was very kind and asked for us to step the following day which we did stood in line and talked to kevin and had the best service he apologized and really helped me out on everything was very kind and professional i only give kevin and dee a 5 star but the experience with salomeh was not it i stepped in on a Thursday and when i went the following day she was forsure being another person

Always a pleasure to visit the Kendra Scott store at Baybrook Mall and absolutely love the new larger location. I visited on a busy summer Saturday afternoon to buy a thank you gift for someone who has helped me set up an out of state event. I didn’t know the age of the person or what she would like, but I really like to promote Texas brands and am a huge Kendra Scott fan.
I received so much help and was able to get a really nice gift within my budget with the help of Elonie, Isaac and Hannah at the color bar. I made sure the manager, who you can tell does a fantastic job, about the attention and thoughtful appreciation to the customer by those she manages how enjoyable my experience was and now I want to share it with you. Worth a trip to the store versus ordering online.

All Kendra Scott stores do not allow full returns back to the original payment. Please beware before you purchase, it is STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE only. The cashiers will tell you they take returns, but when you come back to return it is a different story.

Had a color bar party for my birthday at this location. Noehmi and Iszach are amazing!! We had so much fun choosing our jewelry. This location has always been my go to and will continue to be my favorite.

Phenomenal visit, first-time here at this location! Mariasofia was extremely helpful with navigating options and making great selections, including reaching out to other locations to find select items. She was knowledgeable, very patient, and made this visit easy (for someone that doesn't shop jewelery reguarly). Confident in my purchase today and happy with the overall experience.

What a beautiful location! Went in for my son to buy his Girlfriend a valentines gift and everyone was extremely nice. Eleny was so helpful and had such a friendly personality and was extremely helpful!

My 1st experience shopping at Kendra Scott. I took advantage of their birthday special and found several really pretty items along with a new perfume that I LOVE! Everything WAS VERY PRETTY! I think that some items are overpriced imo (I think non precious metals should never be charged even remotely close to the same price as something that will not turn, but again... my opinion. Hopefully yhe itemsni chose will stay in good condition. The lady who was helping me did tell me that if there's any issues and anything I just purchased turns within the 1st year, they do allow for a 1 time replacement opportunity so that makes it more worthwhile to pick something out and spend a little more than normally would on costume/fashion jewelry.

I called this store when I could not reach Kendra Scott by phone, e-mail or chat. Ashley answered the phone at this store and was able to help me replace a lost order. She was amazing! She went out of her way to help. She had to call a NY store to find my item that was lost, so that it could be replaced. I wish everyone did their job like she does. She went above and beyond to help me. I truly appreciate her!

I can’t speak highly enough of my experience at Kendra Scott, thanks to Eleny! We visited after celebrating my mom's birthday, and I was initially worried about the holiday rush. However, Eleny made our visit truly enjoyable.
She struck the perfect balance—offering assistance without hovering, allowing us space to browse through all the beautiful pieces. Her kindness was evident when she even provided my kids with drinks, which added a thoughtful touch amidst the busyness of the store.
If you are in the Baybrook area, do yourself a favor and seek out Eleny. Her warm demeanor and helpful attitude made our shopping experience delightful. Five stars all around! Thank you, Eleny, for making my mom’s special day even more memorable!
