All went well during my visit to Baybrook Kohl's. I found several items that I bought. Cashier was friendly and added all discounts to my purchases.

Kohls has become basically a Women's store. Over 2/3 of the store is nothing but clothing and things for Women. The Mens department has been downsized like Men are 2nd class citizens.

I love the Kohls I go to as it is always nice and tidy. The staff are always friendly and willing to help you find something that you may have missed because you were sidetracked with something that caught your eye like a sale or clearance item! :-)

The Associate had got the wrong key for the wire lock on the rack. Took 25 minutes to get as he initially got the wrong key! He was not helpful when I ask do they have an item. "Stated what you see out there on shelf or rack is all they got. Didn't offer to check other stores. Had only 1 cashier line was very long. Might cancel my Kohls credit card, they never have the item I'm looking for when searching online
