There is an employee who works nights at self checkout. He is the awful, sarcastic, and hateful. This night was the last time for me. It upsets me especially when he treats the elderly like this. I'll never again shop here as long as that man is employeed by Kroger.

Their AC unit has been out for 8 weeks. The meat is defrosting and the cakes taste like old water. I personally would think that store this size could have solved their issues by now. Not only are the customers suffering with the food not being eatable but the employees work conditions.

Ordered a graduation cake, when I came to pick it up it looked like a toddler wrote on it. It was supposed to have my daughter’s first and middle name and it just had her 1st name. Also the price was ridiculous, $28.99 for a quarter sheet. Guess the big plastic black graduation cap costed $10… outrageous. Never ordering from here again.

I have been coming to this Kroger since it was originally built. In the past couple of years it has gone down in all aspects. The main issue I've been running into is the prices not matching what I'm being charged. I've had this happen constantly to the point that I don't even like going to this location. I never have this problem at other locations that I go to. I either have to take pictures of the tags or they send someone back to check the correct pricing. This is time-consuming, especially when I'm in a rush. I've had to leave behind items that I needed only to return later and the issue is still not corrected. I notice this the most when I buy a couple items, because it's easier to catch. I can only imagine how many people who in bulk are not receiving their discounts, especially if the machine waits until the end to remove the discounts. What's the point of having a Kroger Card if it doesn't give you the discounted prices. They really need to work on this issue.

Easily accessible from hyway and located at 528 and Bay Area Blvd. Gas station available. Huge store with probably everything you need. Needs more cart drop off locations in parking lot.
