Employees at both Lids locations are back dooring hats to a guy named Codean Dean at the resell shoe place called premier select. Lids managers and corporate need to do something about this. There was a limit of one hat on this exclusive release. How did he get so many the day they released.

I got time and other errands to run, so no harm no foul (still get 5 stars because I'll be back lol) but your hours say open at 10am, it's 10:15 and that cage is most definitely down. Maybe change the hours if y'all don't open at 10

Consistently closes early. I could see the Hat I wanted to purchase and had the money but was refused entry 15 minutes before they closed. I work the same hours of operation so getting there before they close is difficult.

This review is for Fanzz which is now owned by lids. I just left the baybrook mall locations, and boy has this store gone downhill. As soon as I walk up to entrance I could smell the stench of weed. Then after walking in the smell was overwhelming, I hate to say that it seems like it was coming from the employees. All three of them behind the counter shooting the breeze with loud vulgarity after vulgarity. I thought this was a family friendly store, good thing my kids didn't follow me in. Lids, this is your problem now.

Not a great selection of sizes. We went to both Lids stores in the mall. 7 3/4 was a rare find.

I went to Lids at Baybrook mall yesterday. The selection is great. The reason for this review is not for that reason it’s for the great customer service I received from Tyra. She answered every question I had even helped me match hats with my shoes. I was in the store for about a hour. She did not get frustrated she made me feel comfortable with my purchase. GREAT JOB!!!

I went to lids on September 8th it was like 2 pm and I really didn't like the customer service there was a girl with really rude attitude and she supposed to send my receipt to my mail and she didn't! I was trying to be kind but she was just so rude I hope they change there attitude or the personal there to someone more helpful and kind!

The girl with the braids was really rude. The store closed at 6pm. She locked the door at 5:45. We were trying to leave the store when the door was locked and couldn’t open the door and she told us “can’t you see the door is locked? Wait for me to open it before you try to leave!” Why is the door locked at 5:45pm if they don’t close until 6pm? She started grunting and making noises when we were trying to open the door to leave like we were wrong. We are the customers why are we getting yelled at? She had horrible customer service skills and needs new training.

Online it says they open at 10am and claimed to be open. Got there and it was closed. Very frustrating.

I went in (Store 9240...next to T Mobile) looking for a cap I hadn’t already had to add to my collection and stumbled up on the BEST??? embroidery on hats that I’ve ever been associated with in my life lol The young lady, D, that does a lot of the embroidery, is very detail oriented which ALWAYS leads to her producing a quality hat once she’s done. You can’t beat efficiency, productivity and, most of all, QUALITY. I would recommend this store to ANYONE if they’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work as well as your product
