Office personal at life storage was very friendly and helpful with all the information about moving into the life storage. Also made the paperwork easy and quick in and out in less than 20 minutes

Our storage unit door broke at closing time for the office. I was able to catch Charsalyn before closing. She was absolutely fantastic and tried to help us close the unit door to no avail. She made certain that a camera could see our unit for the night and contacted the necessary people to get the door repaired. There needs to be more individuals like Charsalyn to help in the work force. She is friendly always helpful and will get an answer if she does not know it herself. She is a real keeper and the reason we will stay with Life Storage. Teresa Axelson??

Now days, it's rare to find genuinelyKind people.
