While this gym is very nice it has one very fundamental problem that makes this place tough to give a higher rating. When I go to the gym that is the starting point for my day. When I’m finished I shower up and start my day. This was my first visit to this location, but I have been to many of the lifetime locations in Texas. This was the first location I have been to where the water pressure was so low that it was difficult to get fully rinsed off. I brought this to the managers attention and was directed to someone named Carlos. I showed him the problem and he gave me several explanations. First he said they were having trouble with the city back flushing lines in the area. Then he said the pressure was normal and within the specification for a lifetime gym. Of course I knew this to be inaccurate because of my experience at other lifetime clubs. Then I suggested a different showed might help and he stated that the shower heads were specified by lifetime. Again, I have been to several different locations and they had different shower heads. I didn’t really buy in to what I was being told by this gentleman. When you’re paying almost 180 dollars a month for a membership the least you should expect is decent pressure in the shower so you can get appropriately rinsed off. I also do not being brushed off by staff with ridiculous excuses. I’m a facilities engineer and I am fully aware of the systems required to operate a building like this. Please try harder lifetime.
Update: I received one of their benign responses. No solutions, just platitudes. I also forgot to mention all the dirt at the bottom of the pools. It was in every lane. It looked like they were using a sand filter and that filter was passing sand into the filtered water supply. If it wasn’t sand then I shudder to imagine what deposited so much gunk at the bottom of the pool. Just disgusting!

Lifetime Baybrook has developed a fantastic pickleball program. Coach Aaron and his coaching staff are very talented. We have benefited through the drill classes, open play, and private lessons. They have a variety of Leagues to participate in for all ages and skill level. The coaches are truly there to help each one grow in their game. Great place to make friends!

Went here as a guest as I was visiting for work. I went and tried a 30 minute back massage by Angela, which was absolutely phenomenal. One of the best expedited massages I’ve had in a long time. Whitney Was very friendly, checking me in and making sure that I was satisfied with the service. Missing the Texas Southern hospitality.. Five stars, definitely would come back here. 🙌🏼

I started coming to Life Time Baybrook with my dad to work out and started to play pickleball. Everyone here has been super friendly and welcoming — especially for beginners like me. The staff and players make it really easy to jump in, learn the game, and have fun while improving.
The community here is what makes it special. Whether you’re brand new or already know how to play, it’s a great environment to grow and enjoy the game.

Life Time Baybrook is truly special!
Aaron, the head of the pickleball department, is absolutely exemplar. He’s the one who introduced me to pickleball and to this incredible community of Lifetime Baybrook players. It’s such a welcoming and competitive environment — with leagues that fit all levels of play. From the morning open play sessions to the evening leagues, everything is well-organized and a ton of fun.
The facilities are top-notch, and I can’t say enough about the staff. Zayne, Linda, Hayden, and Josh all make you feel genuinely seen and valued — not just another person walking through the door.
I originally joined Lifetime for the gym and amenities, but pickleball has become one of the biggest reasons I love coming here. Huge thanks to the entire team for making it such a great experience every single day!

The cleaning team is so great! I once got to dip in the hot tub and visit while traveling to TX, and the cleaning staff were so welcoming and were cleaning like their life depended on it!

Lifetime baybrook pickleball program is great. The staff is very attentive . They have weekly leagues and they always have food, drinks and music which makes the experience that much more enjoyable. The open play is good and the facility is clean and maintained.

I play pickleball here and the staff that handles all of the league's and open play are top notch, they are always very helpful and really make playing there enjoyable. Any issues we have get addressed quickly and they are always asking for our opinion on ways to improve the programs. The only issue is they need to cover their outdoor courts, other than that great staff and facility.
