I have a very hard time finding jeans that fit well, and she brought me several pairs that fit perfectly in no time. I will legitimately go back here just to have her help me pick jeans.

“Went in to the baboon location today to rent a tux. Ron greeted me as soon as I walked in. I was greeted by no less than 2 other employees as well. Ron helped me pick out a tux, answered all of my questions, and made great recommendations. I was in and out in all of 30 minutes. Thank you Ron for making this experience super easy!”

“Experiences are not always negative; they can be quite positive. However, the poor communication and lack of respect for customers and their journey make the manager, Jas, highly disrespectful and ruin the experience. Her body language does not display appropriate behavior, and her voice tone is aggressive. I do not appreciate the journey when she is present. She fails to sell what is needed and fails to demonstrate what is desired. Therefore, I give her zero stars. Everyone else communicates effectively and with passion. As a manager, Jas, your customer service is subpar. I will not spend money while you are there. You are unprofessional and lack excellent customer service etiquette.”
“This store is bigger than we thought. The store is clean and had a large selection but kind of disorganized. Unique clothing that you wouldn't find at your "typical" chain store. Professional, casual, sexy....
There seemed to be a lot of employees but no one offered to help us and they all appeared really busy talking to each other rather than engaging with customers. Not a big deal because we really didn't need assistance - just an observation.
The cashier was very nice and helped me sign up for the loyalty program.
Prices were not terrible and seemed affordable. Overall, not a bad experience and would recommend.”
“I got time and other errands to run, so no harm no foul (still get 5 stars because I'll be back lol) but your hours say open at 10am, it's 10:15 and that cage is most definitely down. Maybe change the hours if y'all don't open at 10”

“I love Hollister clothing because it is affordable and good quality. I have been buying their jeans for years now. My weight have fluctuated over the years and no matter what I could always find my size there. Other places it has been very difficult to find a size that fits my thighs and my waist. I’ve never had a problem when I go to the store. The variety of the clothes change often so you’ll never see repeat clothes. This is perfect if you want something new. I recommend going here! The s staff are so nice and always willing to help no matter what. I will continue to shop here for many more years.”
