I originally rated higher when I got a good deal on a larger storage and there was a manager available on site every day; however, they quickly raised my rate and then took away our manager and made this a kiosk site. No daily manager. The new manager runs several facilities and isn't always on site. Why this matters: About 10 days ago, there was an A/C leak which affected my unit, but the leak wasn't detected right away, since the manager was not on site when it happened. I lost about 8 boxes of belongings and had to partially move out. The unit was wet and I had to clean up standing water and buy tubs of damp rid. The A/C had to be shut off over the weekend, and therefore it was hot and muggy in the building. The A/C wasn't " fixed" for over a week, and then leaked into my unit again! I spent about $100 on cleaning supplies and had another mess to clean up. Now there's another leak on the 3rd floor. A/ C continues to be off for the third week in a row, and the building is incredibly hot and muggy. Mildew and/ or mold is beginning to grow. Since I need climate control, I am moving out tomorrow to another facility. All together, with movers, new unit and cleaning supplies/ damp rid, I am out $1,030. They will not even comp me the rest of the month!! The only plus is the manager, Nick is super nice, but his hands are tied by the upper management who haven't reached out to take any responsibility for this, or to reimburse any fees!! Terrible!! I would not rent from this company again!!!! Run!!

Three is one employee named Nick that works at his location that goes above and beyond to give you the best sugestions and unit that fits you for your storage needs. This is why I fell comfortable leaving my personal stuff here. I know it will be safe and I can get some sleep knowing my property is on good hands. Thanks Nick.

First off, this space is not temperature controlled. I tried calling multiple times about it, and no one would ever answer. Then they raised my rent $60 a month after I had only been there a few months. Then I moved out on August 30 and they still charged my card! Now I conveniently can't get ahold of anyone to get that refund. This place is a nightmare. Go anywhere else.
