I arrived early, was called back and seen a little early, and actually left about 5 minutes after my appointment time. I told them I had anxiety about getting blood drawn, and they were very understanding and compassionate.

Christina is the absolute best!!! Quest is lucky to have her. So many people in the waiting room complaining that they can’t actually speak to a person. They say call customer service but nobody is able to get through to a live person. People who have actual serious medical conditions need their test results and rely on Quest. Not at all user friendly.
Get a copy of your doctor’s referral and bring it with you to the appointment. If they can’t find it they will send you home unless you bring it.

Don't answer the phone, 40min late on appt's, website says you can get a walk-in test, old B's inside say no gotta pay on the site and just get back in line. F this place go anywhere else.

The process was smooth. Appointment time was kept. Christina made the whole appointment pleasant. I never felt the needle and since I bruise easily I expected to at least have a small bruise. There is only a small red dot. I am impressed. Thank you Christina.

Christina took great care of me and was extremely friendly to have as my phlebotomist. She did a fabulous job.

The Quest was clean! The check in was very easy, very fast in and out service. Christina was cheerful, and confident. My veins are little and like to play hide & seek, but Christina was kind and professional and didn't even leave a bruise.
I liked that she let me inspect the labels and see everything that she was doing.

Christina took great care with me. She gave an excellent test. She has a charming manner that gave me a relaxed feeling . Her saying "Go to your happy place" was so gracious. You are very privileged to have her with your company.
