I purchased a bedroom set and the footboard is too short and the bottom slats aren't long enough. I went to store and asked for help and was just directed to call customer service. The customer service people have no idea when I can get my replacement items. I went to the store and the manager "Pam" made empty promises. She told me she would get it right and send out a new one and later called and told me to call customer service.When I asked to cancel she told me I would have to pay a 20% restocking fee . How's that fair for something that's clearly defective. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. Do not buy from this company they won't stand behind the product they sale and once the deal is done that could care less about you. The manager "Pam" didn't really care at all about me not having a bed to sleep on since I just moved into a new place. I wish I could post pictures so you could see the poor craftsmanship however I will on other social media apps. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere

Not happy with a return, can be little more friendly and polite to customers if you want to improve your business, especially the manager. At least keep a smiling face. We are all human beings irrespective of the nationality. Hope to see some change

I have made the worst mistake purchasing a sofa sleeper sectional from Rooms To Go. The arrival was long (3 months) and split delivery. They send one out of the 2 pieces sofa incorrect. Store manager Amy was unhelpful and rude. Only solution was given to pay $200 difference due to the price of the correct sofa piece. I feel like it's not my fault that the order number was placed incorrect and it's not fair when I paid the whole amount of thousands of dollars the same day of purchase. NO RETURN POLICY!!! so now I have to sit down too uneven color and unfinished sofa sectional. Makes me upset every time I look at it. I will never purchase or recommend from Rooms to Go!!!

At first I walked in, and I didn’t like how one salesman attacked me with his sales tactic. I ignored him, and found a boss guy who sweetly gave me another sales associate by the name of Mary! Omg she did great wasn’t pushy and I got a great deal on a dining table! Thank you so much for your business and great patience with me!!

I wasn't home when the delivery happened, but my brother was there and he didn't notice anything. When I came home, I noticed a scratch on my wall and was shocked. There were multiple cracks on my marble table, I'm very disappointed.

My husband and I are moving to a bigger house and needed all new furniture. Mary was absolutely amazing and extremely patient as we figured out the best option for our situation. She did not try to push us into buying more than we needed and made herself completely available to answer any questions. We will definitely return for future purchases!

I purchased the Nanton Park Gray 3 piece king upholstered bed. Aesthetically the bed is nice. The frame is poorly built and does not support the weight of the mattress. The adjustable legs are 2 pieces made of plastic that slide on wood flooring and bend no matter the amount of times they are adjusted. You have 48 hours to figure this out yourself or you will be past the return policy deadline. A “tech” is able to come out and if they deem the bed defective then they will replace the bed, that’s as far as that goes. Rooms To Go is quick to let you know that they are not held accountable for the way the bed was built, that that is the manufacturers responsibility. But again, you must figure that out within 48 hours of having the bed. Highly disappointed in Rooms To Go and will not be a returning customer.

Quick and easy furniture buying process, without any pressure. Leonard was great, making sure we got exactly what we wanted and explaining the delivery process clearly. I would recommend this Rooms to Go store very highly.

Sales professional Kevin Torres was so patient, friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to me and took be straight to what I was looking for. Showed me lots of options and explained not only the prices but knew everything about the brand and quality. He was amazing and made my shopping experience a breeze. I purchased a dinning room set for me and a sofa for my son. Can't wait for delivery and definitely a new customer ?

I have always liked Rooms to go. Today I visited the one near Baybrook Mall in Houston, Texas. I was needing a mattress for my daughter. I had the best salesman Bryan E. He patiently took us around mattresses 3-4 times and explained each one in full over and over until I finally decided on the one. No pressure to buy a more expensive mattress he just gave us all the options. I would highly recommend visiting this location and asking for Bryan. He was very professional and friendly and had a great personality. Thank you Bryan for helping me with my purchase. The pleasure was all mine!!??????????

Lee is a great and will allow you time to walk around and find what you are looking for. We truly enjoyed our time with him. Never pushy - never over our shoulder - and he even worked on our purchase the next morning to get our delivery date pushed up!!!! You have to ask for Lee!!!!

We just made our second visit to see Mary and once again she did an amazing job. We will definitely be back to see her soon.After a few issues.. ( on our part) Mary & managers Pam & Amy have made sure we were happy with our purchase they went out of there way. As said before we will be back to purchase in the future.
