Sephora is Amazing and tentative soon as you walk through the door. I have never had to wait for any services. If I have to opportunity to rate my services with a 10, I would! I definitely recommend Sephora for all of your Beauty needs.

I had an excellent experience with Leanne today in facial care. I’m a newbie trying to learn different ingredients, products, routine care, etc. and she went above and beyond. I hope management recognizes her efforts and contributions.

If i could zero i would. When i walked up to the counter they were talking about another customer to the point the manager had to come over to them to stop. Several the staff were extremely rude and unknowledgable. Even when I wanted to use my Sephora cc they had no idea how to do it or offer my an alternative to get my points. There store was trashed and most displays were with broken product. Leaders not wearing name badges. The one manager with long brown hair was nice but mid hair length with an ombre hair style incredibly rude. Seems very high-school especially when they were talking trash talking about a birthday gift that a client was requesting just not the proper time and or proper way to treat your customers when they spend $300 a visit at your store. I will be shopping at ultra going forward. Sephora used to be an experience i used to look forward to, makes sense why I'm no longer a rouge customer when in years past I was year over year. I don't know if leadership changed but something definitely has changed and it's very apparent.

Do not go on Saturday around opening time, this tall rude African American woman wasn't even paying attention to doing her job and she insisted tht she emailed me my receipt but did not do anything but make my experience suck, and shoved $200 worth of products into the xxs bag and products kept falling out walking back to my car, just smh

When I went in I was Profiled. Keep in mind I own so many products and fragrances so I wasn’t expecting such treatment. Hopefully I can contact corporate about it because not everyone is trying to steal. I felt horrible leaving this store Do better!!!

As others have mentioned, the in-mall location is not ideal. But it's also not ADA compliant, it's so crowded that even the checkout line and the isles on all three walls are not wheelchair friendly (not ADA compliant). BUT it's better than Ulta! To be fair, Ulta set a pretty low bar. Sephora has a better selection, better organization, cleanliness, customer service, more concern for how easily overwhelmed I get in crowds was shown, and the staff is more knowledgeable. Yes, it's busy. Yes, it's crowded. But it's STILL better than Ulta and other similar stores.

Sephora is probably the only place to get certain cosmetic items, and certainly in the region. However, shopping at this store is painful if you have any aversion to crowds or if you require any amount of personal space. It's not the fault of the employees, who are actually quite helpful (maybe they get commissions) but actually because it's so trendy right now. If it weren't in the mall, it would be better. Maybe you would have fewer casual lookers. That said, Sephora has GOT to be killing it.

I was floundering like a fish out of water because I lost my makeup bag on the day of prom and the most helpful lady helped me get everything I needed. Her name was Litzy and she is literally my savior and amazing. Everyone else here is very nice and it was overall a very pleasant and fast service!

This Sephora location is fairly spacious with a great selection of products. The workers were really nice, making sure I found what I was looking for. The customers were also very respectful and quiet. The store was organized, fresh, and clean.
