I use to go there all the time but time after there lack of customer service sucks. I just started going back only for a cup of ice. They they act today I will never go back.

My recent visit to Sonic left much to be desired. I ordered three milkshakes - the Turtle Truffle Nut Blast, SONIC Blast® made with OREO® Cookie Pieces, and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Blast® - and was utterly disappointed with what I received.Firstly, all three milkshakes lacked the advertised toppings. Instead of the promised indulgence of flavors and mix-ins, I found each cup filled predominantly with vanilla ice cream. It was as if they forgot to add anything beyond the basic ingredient.Furthermore, the scant few toppings that did manage to find their way onto the shakes hardly made an impact. It was a far cry from the advertised delights, leaving me feeling cheated and dissatisfied.Overall, my experience at Sonic was incredibly disappointing. For a brand known for its indulgent treats, this visit fell dramatically short of expectations. I would strongly advise against visiting Sonic if you're expecting to receive what's advertised.

ABSOLUTE WORST SONIC IN HISTORY. We've tried to give this location money dozens of times and over half the time we end up just leaving. We eat in line via drive through 20 minutes for 2 drinks. Car after car behind us just drove off, after 25 minutes we drove off too. Today we tried again, sat at window 15 minutes to even place an order and nobody ever responded. Not even a please hold. THE MANAGERS SHOULD BE FIRED. THEY CANNOT MANAGE.

Awful service. Last night was the second time I’ve come and just ended up leaving due to waiting 20 minutes without getting food or anyone coming to take my payment. Avoid this location at all costs!

They can never hear you when taking your order. They took 2 different credit cards and were gone for a long period of time. He came out and said that neither card worked. I made him try it for a third time and he finally figured it out. Don’t waste your time.

They don't deserve one star! This is one of if not the worse fast food restaurant in America! LOL Never go to the one in Friendswood, Texas on 3221 FM 528 especially! Never have your online order when think you are going to pick it up. I have complained to their corporate office and that was a waste of time. The customer service is a joke!!!!!!! Plus their food sucks anyway!
