Hands down the best realtors you can ask for! I was a first time home buyer and Alan and Beth made the process was so seamless. They saved us a good amount of money and was able to talk the sellers into some additional items as well. Will always be recommending them to all my friends and family!

When you get the idea two Fridays ago at 10 p.m. that you’ve fallen in love with a house, you text your friend Alan Stanfield. By the next day, he’s scheduled an open house, and by Monday, he, his lovely wife Beth, and designer Lynette are at your home, guiding you on what to move, remove, and adjust to make it shine. Then, by Wednesday, a team of about eight arrives with a U-Haul full of staging furniture and decor, transforming the space. Just two hours later, the photographer arrives, and two days after that, the listing is live! With open houses on Saturday and Sunday, multiple showings, and offers over asking, the house sold in just three days!
It doesn’t get better than this! Alan and Beth with Stanfield Properties are incredible. They handle it all: buying, selling, listing consultation, staging, photography, videography, marketing, and brochures. And to top it off, they expertly negotiated the purchase of our new home, securing it under asking price with a few extra perks. None of this would’ve been possible without their years of experience and unmatched dedication. We’re so grateful for the entire Stanfield team, who helped us make this whirlwind week happen!

I called the number on the "For Lease" sign to request additional information regarding this commercial building in the Historic area of Alvin, TX. I received a voice mailbox, suggesting to leave a text message, to get information rather than a voicemail. About 2 hours later, I received a flyer, with more information about the building. No further contact from the Stanfield Management Company with my husband and I was made.
Straight forward response, ZERO human contact, ZERO personal exchange at all
Is every form of business AI or computer generated now?
I suppose may enjoy their method of NO interaction.

We have had the privilege of working with the Stanfields twice over 8 years. During both sales they were exceptional in every arena. We felt safe, covered, and well-represented. Their extensive network and resources made things happen quickly and any issues were quickly resolved. In both instances their experience and expertise were needed to educate and correct other realtors who were less seasoned. They are good people who honor the golden rule and treat people the way you want to be treated.

I could write a novel on how amazing my experience was with my realtor Caylee Doiron. This woman was heaven sent. I heard of her through a mutual friend (obviously had great things to say) and the second that I had contacted her, I’ve never felt more important. I was a bit stressed at first because I’m moving almost an hour away into the big city of Houston with 2 large dogs from where I am now. She had her questions for me, within hours created a list of homes for me to look

Our neighbors recommended Debbie to us and we are so thankful they did. We had been planning to sell our home prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, but had not been quite ready to sell in time. We began working with Debbie not only amid the pandemic, but also after having moved hundreds of miles away. She was very accommodating, knowledgeable, and friendly.
