We’re satisfied with the work done at Lexus Body Shop in Clear Lake in regards with the repair of the damages happened last Nov 7th. We have the car but still we’re waiting for the windows to be replaced which was overlooked. Mario Martinez already ordered the materials and without him nothing will be possible. Thank you Mario Martinez for your knowledge and your great help given to us . Highly appreciated

Unfortunately my BMW has been in three accidents mostly recently November 2024. Fortunately I have found a collision center (Sterling McCall Collision Center of Clear Lake) that I trust to properly repair my car, to work on my behalf and satisfaction, and one that keeps me updated on status of repairs. Thanks SMCC for performing another excellent repair job on my BMW 440i.

Worst service I’ve seen in a while. They straight up never found the issue with my truck and blamed me for having it on 4 wheel drive. While at the same time telling me that another dealership actually never torqued my “screws”in the engine compartment battery mount.
Then they said they fixed the problem…
Sounded like BS and I was right. Problem was still there. Not going to take my truck back. They do not have the skills or work ethic to properly diagnose my problem. They cannot be trusted. Go anywhere else but here. When they can’t provide photographic evidence of what they found or if you need to hunt them down for answers those are all red flag. I have more to say but it’s not worth my time. This put me off of chevys completely if this is how they are supported in my area.

When something weird was happening with my car a week after I got it, Greg had it fixed within 24hrs and was communicative the whole time. Great shop.

I brought in my vehicle for repair but the communication from Mat was very slow and eventually non-existent. After I got my car back, there was an error message on the screen that he told me he would get serviced. I called multiple times and left voicemails to see when he could get me back in to get it resolved but he never answered. I am very disappointed in the poor communication from Mat and this Sterling McCall collision center.

Do not choose the shop! They called to tell me that when extracting the windshield it was “cracked accidentally” and I had to pay 700 out of pocket for a new one! Then tried to return with scratches in the paint down to the metal claiming they were there from the beginning. Damaged the dash and left screws they forgot to put back in floating in my floorboards. After fixing the scratches 10 days later returned the white car covered in orange spots that look to be overspray from another car. Overspray on the rims, and on the interior seat fabric (how does this even happen??? They must’ve attempted to paint it with the windows down???) 31 days in the shop to replace a roof and it going to have to go back a third time.

Had minor cosmetic dings repaired on my 11 year old car. Impressed with the flawless paint job. It’s a pearl white paint that matches perfectly!
