Really disappointed ? I went there the first time with my bracelet hoping to get it clean. The lady there said they were out of the solution but I can come back in about 2 weeks. No problem.. Then I went back after 2 weeks this time in the original box and asked to have my bracelet clean again if they have the solution. One of the 3 ladies there just walked me out of her shop and pointed me to Kay store and told me to go there to have my Swarovski bracelet clean. She said "they clean any jewelry". How would you feel? I used to believe in their quality and what they should have stood by even after the pieces are already sold!! Really disappointed ?

Absolute rip off and trash quality jewelry. The sales lady never mentioned that their rings are not made with precious metals. My fiance bought a ring a year ago and recently purposed to me, when I went to get the ring resized the jewelr said it was plated which means it can't be resized. Swarovski doesn't have this ring in stock anymore and their return policy is 30 days. We feel scammed. It ruined a really special moment for us and I honestly thought better of this company. I would highly recommend anyone looking for engagement rings or for jewelry in general go elsewhere.

The store displays beautiful crystals and jewlery. I shop there every once and a while to purchase a crystal figurine for my collection or for a gift. In my previous visits, the employees have always been kind and have helped me out. However, in my most recent visit, I encountered a salesman who was quite rude. I've never seen this employee before, so I assumed he recently started working, or that I just never seen him. I was browsing the figurine section to look for potential gifts. The salesman approached us and asked if he could help us with anything (in which it was a rude tone). At that time, I was just looking. I said I was just browsing, but he replied with an exasperated "just browsing! okay!". He then walked away, but he seemed very impatient with me. I also noticed he set some sort of timer, which I don't know if it was for how long I could be in there for. I eventually just left. I wish he was a bit more patient with me because I had only been in the store for around 5 minutes. You cant expect a customer to immediately buy something and make an impulsive purchase. Another thing, I was with my brother when shopping, but he had to make a call, and the same worker said to him "so, you're just gonna call by the door." Of course my brother could have found a better place to make his call, but a simple "sir, can you please take your call outside?" would have been much more appropriate. Overall, the salesman seemed entitiled, impatient, and ill-mannered, which made my visit at the very least, unpleasant. If he had any concerns, he should have approached us in a more appropriate manner. When you shop here, just make sure you don't encounter this worker. An attitude like that won't make many sales!

I swore off Swarovski for awhile, but Barbie got me back into them. This is extremely expensive jewelry located inside the Baybrook Mall down in Friendswood southeast of Houston. I tend to come down here regularly because we're often driving to Galveston or some of the malls in between. When we're in this big indoor mall, which is all the time, we've probably been in most of the stores in here a few times, but we only came in here once to browse, and the stuff looks really nice, but of course the problem is the extremely high prices. Then again you don't really buy mall jewelry unless you are willing to pay extremely high prices.

I visited the Baybrook location because my tennis bracelet snapped while I was at work. The gentleman who greeted me was very kind and helped look up my purchase through the rewards program, since I misplaced my receipt. Sheilah was very kind to give me a new bracelet even thought it wasn’t in the policy to do so. She truly went above and beyond to give me a pleasant experience. The service is amazing and I will definitely be back in the future. THANK YOU SHEILAH!

Today I shopped at Swarovski around 3pm and the sale assistant name Jasmin helped me out. She was pressuring me to purchase products from the store and treated me very rude. She made me extremely uncomfortable because it made me feel like I have two options: to purchase the product immediately or to leave the store. She did not give me time to look through all the products or time to think whether I want to purchase the product. Her attitude is unacceptable customer care. When I decided to leave and not purchase anything due to her rude assistant, she mockingly commented on my "school uniform." She treated me like if I was poor and cannot afford to purchase anything from the store. Should that be accepted as a norm?
