Rude people. T-mobile is known for customer service. This place sux for customer service. Heydy didn't try to help with questions about the Samsung line even though we were there to buy three new phones. After that, they didn't even have one of the phones they said they had. Everything was a damn chore to get a straight answer. Never go here. These people aren't worth it.

This store is no good service waited there for a long time. Seems to me that they need to hire people or T-Mobile just don’t care. I rather stay with my phone provider then too have to wait on these people. Do not recommend T-Mobile service if you have to wait just for costumer service.

It takes so long to be waited on, and even though you get on a waiting list, that does not mean they follow it. I would recommend going to another store.

Terrible service when you need to replace a cell phone that has factory problems and even with the warranty they did not want to do it, but if you are going to buy something there, how are they going to make a profit, they are with their big smile, the cell phones are expensive enough for them not to They answer you when a problem arises, I never return to that store

I went to upgrade my phone at this store. The sales woman who started to help me does not have any customer service skills. I was asked her for details on phones and her tone was condescending. I did ask for another salesperson to help me, but she pointed out everyone was helping customers. However, she then spoke to the manager who wasn't busy, and told him about my complaint. I overheard her and I went to state I didn't feel like she was helping me. He then asked me to sit and wait. I did, but after awhile I saw some employees that weren't assisting anyone. I just got up and left. The Baybrook Mall location is the worst. I don't know what I was thinking going to that location! Save yourself the grief and go elsewhere. Again, customer service skills are horrible!

Valline is wonderful. She was a huge help to my not-very-tech-savvy mother. Among other things she helped my mother learn how to use her new phone to take photos and send them via messenger/sms/text. I'm so happy, and by the looks of a photo I just received from my mother so is she.

One of the employees lied to me that I only had 2 more payments left on my phone so I could get another phone line!" Then, whenever I called customer service, they said I still owe 14 payments.

Me and my husband came in with problems with his phone and then wanting to add and switch lines and account around, the manager Laura and tommy worked it out perfectly!! They didn’t seem frustrated at all and kept re assuring that if we had questions we could ask. They worked everything out!!!

Jeremy is the best!!! He's the main reason I switched carriers intially and have stayed throughout the years. Worst part about cell phones stores is finding someone you can trust. So if you're in the market, he's your guy!!! Thanks for everything Jeremy.

Where do I start? I had been having iPhone trouble since Nov. Each time I went to Apple store they would restart my phone to the point I needed to add my eSim all over again. The first 2 times ( November and December) I was able to go to this store and activate my eSim to my phone with no problems. Now January 23, I went in (me confident they could help me) with the same issue and they asked for ID etc. The guy bluntly told me "I cant help you because the last name is not the same on file." I told him I had previously came in before 2 times exactly and was helped. He stated "unless you have an old ID showing your last name." I was like no, I don't carry an expired ID with me and I got married (new last name) which it matched the main account holders last name. A female came up with him and started reassuring what he was saying "NO". I told them once again " Do you guys understand what I'm saying tho? I've came here TWICE not once but TWICE and was helped and then they proceeded on saying "who ever did that wasn't supposed to do that because they would be fired" I understand if one person but 2 people completely different helped me before. Other times they were more busy and were able to help me this time they were all in a circle talking and still didn't want to help me. They need to all get in the same page or I don't know but that was very unprofessional of them.

Stay away from this particular T-Mobile. They are not honest and are money hungry. I had the worse expensive transferring my phone number from Verizon to T-Mobile. Just to make a sale, they rash thru the process and mess everything up. Tommy will grab your phone and say he will guide you to speed up the process. If you choose to go with them, read everything and call T-Mobile yourself. Don't take their word for it on how the process went. When I call with my concern and want a refund all I hear are little apologies.
