I came in to purchase an item that they had fully stocked and labeled on the shelf. The label even had the description of the item, however at the register it rang up over twice the amount that was advertised. The cashier went over to see it and then went to ask permission from “management” to honor the price (per my request) and I was denied their mistake. So the management of this store is the issue of allowing incompetence on the floor and then denying customer service. Very unprofessional! Will never shop here again.

Janna was amazing. I came in looking for the ELFA over the door system and she was able to help me add the best options for my space and showed me how to put everything together for when i got home . Such a sweet lady .

I came in here looking for a stainless steel lunch box (bento style) for my child. However, I was disappointed to find that the store only had two options in stock, neither of which were suitable for kids. I had higher expectations from a store called "the container store".

To be honest, the store was massive. I couldn’t find what I was looking for, and there were not very many service people in there. The prices were out of my league.

The container store does not only sell containers, they have lots of home goods, sort of like a scaled down ikea. Very nice place, quality products, nice people, etc.

Think the lady bamboozled me into buying both of the things when I only needed one. And was going to buy just one but....?♀️ also the prices wasn't right for one as I thought I be paying $7 or so for this thing....ha.
