Really clean, excellent management and we felt safe here, even often putting things in quite late in the evening back in December. It was a really good storage experience. Highly recommend and the manager is incredibly nice.”

“This place is awesome! Have rented from them twice, first time under previous owner wasn't that great. This time with the new company, has been great. Have enough stuff to have two units. Now that I have a place to get my stuff out, I wanted to rent a Uhaul the end of December. I have rented from Uhaul several times in the past. Unfortunately, Uhaul corporate sucks. I would give them a NEGATIVE 20 if I could. There is no where on yelp I can find to rate them overall, just local rental places. They had an alert on me for a bill I paid TWO YEARS AGO. I did not find out until I showed up to get the truck to get my stuff out. And calling corporate only got me two rude people who say it's my fault. They were the ones who did not credit my payment two years ago, and refuse to make it right for the problems they've caused me. I had to quote them their own email confirmation of payment from two years ago, and they still had problems. Suffice it to say, I still have a storage unit. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM UHAUL AGAIN. Now I'm going to have to drive 50 miles each way to take out my stuff via one car load at a time. Will need a friend to help with some of the furniture.”

“I highly recommend this location for anyone who is in need of U-Haul services and/or needing a storage room. Initially, I reserved my truck for an early pick-up to begin my moving process into my new home with my nearly 1yo. twin boys. Unfortunately, due to certain issues and minor mishaps I was not able to move-in on the same day. Yes, my mother and I surely did haul everything and packed up belongings in hopes of this new journey for myself and sons. At that moment, we were in confusion on what to do because then that left us with so much time to pick-up my sons from daycare and to unload everything back at her residence. By the Grace of God, Carlos was very kind-hearted and understanding of the inconvenience I was in because most would not have been. He helped out in such a major way by providing my mother with information on getting storage to avoid traveling back to her residence to unload everything and offered that we could just leave the U-Haul on the gated property for security purposes versus outside my mothers residence. Now once again, he did not have to do any of that, but I thank God for him and placing that on his heart. This business has a very good employee. And I am overly satisfied with the services I was given.”
